The evening came, Knuckles was waiting for Sonic so they can began their date.
It was only 30 minutes before Sonic showed up. But unlike last year, what Sonic was wearing was just plain casual.
He was wearing just a long navy blue shirt, dark blue leggings, and blue and white tennis shoes.

(Flashback)
Sonic sighed deeply as Sonia said, "You are going to be so lovely."
Sonic flatly replied, "It's just an aquarium, big sister not a fancy restaurant. It may have one but it's just an aquarium still."
Tails runs back as he runs into the room with the outfit he was wearing for the date.
Sonia sternly said, "Tails. I said a pretty outfit."
Tails replied sadly, "Sorry Sonia. I couldn't afford a pretty outfit so I got a cheap outfit in my price range."
Sonia asked in a stubborn tone, "Seriously?!"
Tails replied and protested, "Well I have to afford our vacation somehow."
Sonic asked with a raised brow, "You are paying for the vacation? I thought our parents were doing it."
Tails replied, "I kinda convinced them to let me. I can.."
Sonic interrupted, "No. this outfit it beats the rest. Besides it's just an aquarium. It's not like going to the museum."

Sonic rolled his eyes and thought, "I am so betting this will go bad."
Knuckles smiled before he said, "Sonic you look... Nice."
The cobalt hedgehog replied flatly, "Don't sugar coat it Knucklehead. I know what you really think."
Knuckles frowned sadly 'knowing Sonic isn't actually believing his words now'.
Knuckles then sighed sadly before he wanted to lock arms with him but Sonic went ahead and said, "It's just a stupid aquarium. There's nothing romantic."
Knuckles sadly frowned again as he said to himself, "The boy is as stubborn as his sister "
He sighed deeply and caught up with Sonic 'who was looking at the fish in the giant fish tanks' with a flatly unimpressed expression.
Knuckles sighed before he wrapped an arm around Sonic 'who was grouchy'.
Sonic and Knuckles then arrived at the aquarium tunnel. It was like they were underwater.
The two slowly walked forward in the tunnel.
Knuckles was a little bit amazed, Sonic not so much due to him having no fun at all.
He was acting like a bored out of his mind emo. Knuckles asked him, "Say. You having fun?"
Sonic answered in a dull like but sarcastic tone, "Oh absolutely. I am dying of excitement."
He muttered, "If I'm actually having any fun."
Knuckles frowned in a shocking way as Sonic looked bored out his mind.
The blue hedgehog wasn't having any fun before Knuckles thought, "Maybe Sonics still not fond due to what happened last year."
Before Knuckles could say anything to Sonic 'to move his heart a little'.
Espio was running away from Vector with a bucket of white liquid.
Espio shouted, "GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!! I'LL PRESS CHARGES ON YOU!!"
Vector then throws the bucket of white liquid at Sonic and Knuckles by mistake.
Knuckles gasped as Sonic 'Flatly' muttered, "Why am I not surprised?"
Knuckles was about to offer Sonic a clean up but Sonic glared at him and refused for his help and went over to the public restroom to clean up.
Knuckles glared at Vector 'who was still running after Espio' with anger and shouted, "DAMN IT VECTOR!!"
He then muttered, "I better hope there's still time to take him to the dining area."
