The speed trio just arrived at Mako-Mato Hotel 'one of Midoris finest Japanese hot spring style hotels'.
They've been famous for their lovely bath houses and steam baths.
When they arrived, Sonic looked around and thought, "It beats sharing a room with that jerk."
It didn't take long for Rika and Grey-Sky to check Sonic in the hotel.
After Midori greeted him, Sonic asked, "Is it okay if I take a steam bath? I...I need to get myself refreshed."
Midori answered nicely, "Sure. Just don't get yourself dizzy."
Sonic nodded before walking to the steam bath.

Sonic took his clothes off, got himself cleaned up and entered the steam baths after wrapping a towel around him.
He took one step in and sat down in the steam bath.
He relaxed in there while tears were streaming down his face.
Sonic sighed deeply and replied, "I was a fool. Maybe Sonia was right."
He sighed deeply and tear drops fell in the water.
That was when he heard a familiar voice said to him, "Hey. Mind if I join you?"
He turns to see Rika in a towel wrapped around her with a ponytail wrapped in a bun.
Sonic blushed and asked, "RIKA?!"
He looked away and said to her, "Uhh... Sorry. I..."
Rika stepped in the water and said as she sat next to him, "Hehehe. No need to be embarrassed buddy. I mean yeah I'm a woman but hey. I'm covered in a towel."
Sonic looked at her and said as Grey-Sky 'with his dark grey hair down and a towel around his waist like Sonics' entered the bath as well, "Well, true... But... I..."
Grey-Sky then cleared his throat and said, "I just got off the phone with Tails, he is picking your stuff up from the hotel right now and getting you checked out."
Sonic sadly looked down and replied, "Okay. Thanks."
Rika looks down as Sonic had tears in his eyes before she said, "Come on dude. Cheer up. Least we got some summer left. We can do something fun."
Sonic asked, "Oh yeah? Like what?"
That was when Sonic got splashed as Rika said, "Like this."
Sonic smirked before he splashed Grey-Sky by mistake.
Grey-Sky chuckled before he said playfully, "Alrighty. You both are so dead."
It wasn't long until the Speed Trio had a playful splash fight.
Rika laughed and replied, "Take this Sonic!"
Sonic got splashed as he laughed while tears were still falling down.
He then said, "Rika? You are gonna regret that."
He then splashed her before Grey-Sky splashed them both.
Sonic felt a little better due to having his friends with him.
Rouge 'who went looking for Sonic' saw them in a steam bath playing like a few children in the pool splashing each other silly.
Rouge 'in a little bit of a disturbed look on her face' said to herself, "That is so wrong. A lady in a steam bath with 2 men. Geez it's like watching children in a pool."
Though Rouge saw them pause as Rika 'who's towel fell a little and revealed her breasts' called for a timeout.
Which made Sonic blushed a crimson red before looking away with Grey-Sky.
Grey-Sky asked, "You feeling any better buddy?"
Sonic answered 'with a sad and happy tone', "A little. I'm glad to have 2 friends that cared."
Grey-Sky replied as he pats Sonics back, "Dude. We're the Speed Trio and we stick out for each other no matter what. It's no problem at all my speeding blue buddy."
The two men chuckled before Rika splashed them once again and said, "Time out over!"
That was when the 3 started having fun again.
Rouge 'looking at it' said to herself, "Holy Shit! Rika's breasts as bigger than Amy's. Dang that girl works out. Guess from all the running she has a perfect figure. Well? I better got find Julie-Su and confront her about this mess."
