Chapter 16

3rd Person's POV

             As soon as Gemini got into his room he starting walking back and forth, trying to calm down, while the younger stood beside the door unable to do anything with slight fear. Gemini stopped and looked at the younger standing staring at the ground, as Fourth looked up and their eyes met, Gemini's 'gaze softened', his eyes that were red with anger suddenly changed. Fourth saw the worries behind Gemini's eyes and Fourth just went up to him and hugged him.

"I'm sorry they yelled at you, you did nothing wrong, okay! Just don't overthink cause I'm here for you.", 

          Gemini processed the younger's words as he hugged him back, no one ever said that to him, no one ever told him that it was okay to get frustrated when you can't control it, no one comforted him before, no one hugged him when he needed one, no one was ever there for him, he was trying to control his emotions before they get the best out of him, he was scared to show his vulnerability to Fourth, but Fourth could see him through his fears, he knew that this guy has been holding onto a very thin thread all his life, which is ready to break now.

"You can tell me anything na! I won't judge you, you deserve the world, Gemini!",

              Fourth said with a kiss on his forehead causing Gemini to look at him, broken as he started crying silently.

              Gemini was ready to open up to Fourth, and the younger was just there for him, he took Gemini's hand and walked him to the balcony as they sat down, Gemini started talking, his voice breaking;

"Why do parents think they own you? Why do they think they have the right to control you, why don't they care, I'm there only son yet they don't give a single crap about me, they never did and they never will!",

              Fourth hugged Gemini and rubbed circles on his back while saying comforting words in his ears. Gemini told him all about his childhood, he never had many friends as his parents would force him to study all the time, he was not allowed to leave his house after school, his parents were workaholics and Gemini was not in their list of priorities. They never spent time with him, and when they do they just ended up telling him that he's a loser, he a spoiled brat, he's worthless, and if he talked back then he would be locked in his room as a punishment cause they were allowed to discipline their child, they squeezed all the life out of their own kid and made him an empty human with no emotions, and then they blamed him for what he have become. So with time, Gemini locked himself up in the back of his head, he was always a good kid with pure heart, he was always empathetic and kind, but his parents showed him that kindness won't help him anywhere in life which was a wrong teaching. He blamed himself and thought he was worthless, he thought that he is not deserving of anything good that he feels in his heart, he cried a lot and Fourth just stayed there beside him and cried too.

"You're not worthless, you're not a loser, your parents or anybody have no right to tell you that, you can't hurt yourself for the mistakes they have made, it won't lead anywhere!",

             Fourth said looking lovingly in the Gemini's eyes while wiping his tears. Gemini was just happy that Fourth existed.

Fourth's POV

               I don't like Gemini's parents anymore, how can they make there perfect son feel like he's nothing, I don't like it how they called him worthless when he worth more than my hundred lives, I loved him a lot and now I'll love him even more, I'll make him feel like he's the best person on earth.

             It's been two days and and today we have to go back to college, I was not regular before I got married because I was not allowed to be too 'out in the air' but now things are pretty clear.... I freshened up and went downstairs thinking I would make something for Gemini.

As I reached the kitchen, I met Gemini's parents and their demeanor was very weird with me, very cold....

"What are you doing here so early? Where is Gemini?", Mae Ning said sternly.

"I was gonna make something to eat before leaving for college, and Gemini must be getting dressed!", I said softly.

"Why would you make something when we have people for that? listen Fourth, stop making Gemini crazy about you, he should focus on his studies, that should be his priority right now and don't try to take our son away from us or it won't be g-",  

              She got cut off by Gemini while I was still trying to process what she said, I was almost on the verge of tears...

"It won't be what, huh? It won't be what Mae? Please don't talk to him like that, he's not your son, I am!! so don't ever talk to him like that again." He said very sternly.

Gemini's POV

            I was on the stairs when I heard my mom almost yelling at Fourth, I went to her and warned her to not talk to him like that, why is she like that with Fourth now, she used to love him a lot, and now that he's a part of my life, she changed! I just took Fourth's hand and led him to the kitchen,

"Make me your Nutella French toasts!", I said and he just nodded with a small smile.

          I saw my mom glaring at me before storming out. It's kinda a fun to be honest, she can treat me however she wants but who is she to say anything to Fourth!

Fourth's POV

          I saw what he did for me there, and I'm thankful but... I don't want him to fight with his parents for me but at the same time I'm very happy that he took a stand for me, he keep saving me from everything. I was making breakfast while my brain was clouded with so many thoughts,

"What are you thinking? Don't worry about them, they don't really feel bad so just smile okay!",

        I can't help but smile. he is always very emphatic about me smiling. He just sat on the kitchen counter asking little things about what I'm gonna do in college and when he's gonna meet me, we still don't have friends cause we really don't know how to make friends. We ate and left together for college, all day was busy with classes, people kept staring at me as they saw me on the news and social media, it was hectic to hear them saying so many things 'He's the one who just got married!, He is married to Gemini Titicharoenrak!?, I heard he's the son of Jirochtikul Empires!, didn't they have just two kids?!, Isn't he only eighteen!?, Why is he so pretty!?, We can see what Gemini saw in him!?', blah blah blah..... how can they chatter in front of the person they are talking about, it's just..... bad. 

               I went to the cafeteria during recess and met Gemini in their waiting for me, I walked up to him while people were.....clicking pictures of us?, girls were squealing for some reason and I was confused as hell!! Gemini explained to me why they were acting like that and now I'm shy, he just chuckled and ruffled my hair causing more loud reaction from the girls.... this is going to be a long day. After college me and Gemini rushed home cause we were tired as hell, studying is so draining. I just took my shoes off and jumped on the couch to get some energy, I don't know when I fell asleep.

3rd Person's POV

          Gemini saw the younger so uncomfortable with his head on the side and felt bad that he has to sleep on the couch, so he woke Fourth up;

"Hey, go sleep on the bed or your neck will be sprained.", He said as the younger was rubbing his eye and looking confused.

"I'm okay, don't worry na!", he said getting all flustered.

"I'm not asking you, I'm telling you to go sleep on the bed, I'll take the couch tonight, it's not fair for you to sleep here when I sleep comfortably in bed.", 

        Gemini said almost whispering. Fourth nodded with a smile and got up and took a shower before sleeping on the bed after so long...
