Walking in some random woods you don't know your way around isn't the best idea.
Cause now, I'm lost. I'm sure Allen and John are already asleep.
And to make matters worse, I already tumbled through the thorny bushes of a really steep hill, and now my face is covered in scratches, there's a deep gash in my side and I don't think I can walk any longer.
Suddenly, I heard a loud howl echo through the forest. I gasped and turned around when I heard a growl.
There, standing in front of me, was a wolf. Beautiful amber coloured fur, and 2 toned eyes.
It growled, low and menacing and raised its hackles. My eyes widened as it started moving forward, slowly and timed.
"No..." I breathed, "No, please, don't... No, no, no.. please.."
The wolf, as if hearing my plea, stopped moving towards me and it's ears pulled back. It's tail tucked between it's legs and it whined, looking over my shoulder at something.
There's something behind me. It breathed down my neck and let out a huff of air.
I froze and clutched my side, the one that was still bleeding. I dare not turn around.
I shut my eyes tightly and took a deep breath. The amber wolf then let out a yelp and leaped into the shadows of the redwoods. When I opened my eyes, I suddenly felt light-headed. Probably the blood loss. Fuck.
Whatever was behind me would get a hearty dinner if I passed out.
Regardless, I still tried to stay conscious. But, it just wasn't possible with the pain and the light-head.
So, the more I tried blinking, the darker my vision got and soon enough, I fell down, unable to keep my balance.
To my surprise, something- er, someone caught me.
Before I fell fully unconscious, I caught a tiny glimpse of their face. It was clearly a man, with beautiful silver eyes. Like the moon itself was placed in his eyes.
