"Papa is the world biggest liar. But... he's the coolest liar!" - Anya Forger
-----
POV : Anya
I had just declined some girls who had invited me to join them for lunch in the cafeteria. I told them I had already planned to eat with someone... Obviously, I had a little plan in mind, and it had to start somewhere! Besides, I'd have plenty of other chances to get to know the people in the class. But most importantly, there was one person in particular who really interested me... It was that boy I had just crossed paths with in the hallways... Riku Nakamura.
Riku was really interesting! He seemed super smart, and he had already figured out a lot of things about the class, even things I hadn't thought of, ah ah! Plus, he was quite cute and super outgoing, which made him already very popular. I had heard the girls in the class talk about him as their "Prince Charming" or something like that. It made me laugh; I didn't quite understand why they were all in love with him, ah ah!
But well, yesterday I had seen him in action... He was really capable of defending himself, especially when that delinquent tried to cause trouble. If I hadn't intervened, it could have gotten out of hand, ah ah! Luckily, everything ended well, but Riku seemed really angry at that moment. He was the protective type with his friends, and that made him even more adorable.
Anyway, I definitely needed to get closer to him at some point and learn a bit more about him. After all, it would probably be important for my mission, and he could become a good friend. Ah! I was so excited to be here, and now that I was here, it was even more amazing!
... ... ... ... ...
So, after wandering through several hallways, I finally found myself in front of a door. It was the office of the person who had sent me a message earlier... I smiled for a moment, curious to know what he wanted. I knocked lightly on the door with my right hand, and then I heard my father's voice, Loid Forger, posing as the homeroom teacher of Class S, resonating from inside. My heart raced, what could he have prepared this time?
Dad: Please come in, the door is open.
After hearing Papa's voice, I didn't wait a second longer. I opened the door with a casual gesture to enter the office, closing the door behind me with a sharp click. I then turned around to see him, sitting on the other side of his desk, looking as serious as ever. A mischievous grin spread across my face as I gave him a big wave, a bit exaggerated to tease him.
I knew exactly why he wanted to see me now, but he's always so serious... He should relax a bit sometimes, right? Heh heh! But even though he's all serious, I love him with all my heart!! After all, he's the one who took me in when I was little, who accepted me as I am, and he's an amazing spy and everything!! I admire him so much!
Anya: I approach with a smile. Hi Papa, it's me! We saw each other yesterday, you know. I give him a teasing look. Aren't you a bit too attached to your daughter, huh?
Papa, on the other side, let out a slight sigh, but I could see a small smile slipping onto his face, even though he tried to hide it. Yep, I sensed it coming! Over time, he had become a bit softer, though he remained just as serious. But I knew him inside out, my dear Papa. I knew exactly what he was thinking, ah ah~ Even though he tried to play the strict dad, I knew he couldn't help but smile a little with me.
