Rise of Red and Teen Wolf Story

Chapter 3 - Settling In

The Author's POV 

We all walked together to our dorm. I'm feeling a little uneasy about living with someone that is related to the person that took over my old town, but maybe she isn't like her mom and is actually a good person. I get a strange feeling that Red being here at this school is a different pace for her and that it gives her a chance to be in charge of her own life and not the life her mother probably wants her to have. 

Chloes POV 

I looked at Kylie and could tell that she was nervous about something, so I pulled her into the bathroom and locked the door and asked her what's wrong and that's when it was all revealed to me. I am surprised that this stranger who I barely have known for 1 day has already told me so much and why she is feeling a little nervous. I guess I would too if I was in the same position. I told Kylie that there was nothing to worry about because Red probably isn't like her mom and that Red is a good person and doesn't really know how to show it because of how she was raised.

The Author's POV 

I told Chloe everything from how my parents died and how the Queen of Hearts invaded my town unprovoked and how I'm a little nervous to be living with Red since she's related to the Queen of Hearts. That's when Chloe told me to give Red a chance which I agreed with Chloe because deep down something tells me that Red isn't like her mom. I agreed with Chloe because that's what my parents taught me. Chloe is the only one that knows that I'm a werewolf besides Uma. 

Reds POV 

They have been in the bathroom for a while. Thats when they come out and start chatting with me and talking about just random things until they ask about my previous school. It was hard and I was the only one attending, so I didn't make any friends anyways. I talked to them about Wonderland and how dangerous it was and how they should never go there alone. I tell them if they want to visit I would have to escort them, so they don't run into any trouble. 

The Author's POV 

Chloe and I were right. Red doesn't seem that bad. She actually has a heart unlike her mother, but right now I need to focus on school and sports. I joined the tourney team because it is the most similar to lacrosse. We chatted about a few things and talked about Red's previous school. She talked to us about Wonderland and how dangerous it was and that if we ever wanted to visit she would have to escort us. 

Chloe's POV 

Kylie joining the tourney team doesn't seem like a good idea with her being a werewolf and all, but she assures me that it's okay and that she talked to Uma about it. Kylie also talks to me about how she was on the Lacrosse team back in her old town Beacon Hills and how she knows how to control her powers. We also talked about Wonderland with Red and how it's dangerous. 

Red's POV 

I'm glad that my roommates don't look at me like a killer, especially Kylie.  I know where she came from because I saw her sweatshirt that said Beacon Hills. I know that my mom took over  Beacon Hills. I wonder how she escaped. I don't care honestly because deep down I'm glad my mom failed her mission at wiping out all of Beacon Hills. I wonder if she is supernatural or not. Maybe, I should ask her. 

The Author's POV 

Red wants to talk to me about something in private, so we go to the bathroom and Red tells me that she knows about my past and that she's sorry for what her mother did and all of a sudden she hugged me showing me that I can trust her. She also talked about how she doesn't want to go tell her mom that someone survived. I tell her everything and how I escaped with a few of my friends and how I'm basically the last werewolf alive as far as I know because I haven't heard from my dad's old pack ever since that night. That's when some guy busted through the door.
