Chapter 37 - The Lake

The Author's POV

We finished practice and I walked with Red and Chloe and take them to the local lake. I sense a presence that I haven't felt in awhile the person steps out of the shadow with his glowing blue eyes. I tell Red and Chloe to run and they tell me "no, we aren't leaving you with that thing." I tell them "fine, get behind me." I glow my eyes and they look at me confused and say "last time you had yellow eyes." I tell them "yeah, I became like my dad did. A TRUE ALPHA." That's when he notices Red and says "killer you killed my whole family." I tell him "if you got a problem with her, you got a problem with me." Red blurts out "I'm nothing like my mom and you don't have to worry about her anymore we sent her to prison." The figure introduces themself as Peter Hale. Red tells him "your town is yours now, but we combined kingdoms with myself and my friend Chloe." Peter says "okay, sounds good to me." Then Peter walks away. We are still sitting by the lake and that's when Red says she has to go back to Wonderland to take care of a few things. Me and Chloe tell her okay and she leaves. Me and Chloe are still sitting by the lake and talking about random things. That's when she tells me she has to head back to Cinderella's Burg. I stayed in Beacon Hills for a little bit. That's when I get into my truck and head to Wonderland. 

 Red's POV

We finished practice and Kylie walks me and Chloe to a local lake. Kylie tells me and Chloe to run and that's when I see a figure with glowing blue eyes. That's when me and Chloe tell Kylie "no, we aren't leaving you with that thing." Kylie tells us "fine, get behind me." Kylie glows her eyes and they look confused and say "last time you had yellow eyes." Kylie tells them "yeah, I became like my dad did. A TRUE ALPHA." We are still setting by the lake and that's when I say I have to go back to Wonderland to take care of a few things. 

Chloe's POV

Me and Kylie are still setting by the lake and that's when I tell Kylie that I have to leave and head back to Cinderellasburg.
