The Faes, a beautiful fairy kind gifted with various powers, that do not have wings, never really liked the humans. They were so different after all. Outcasts to one another. Unfortunately, the kingdom of fae, Salhai, was attacked 12 years ago, by none other than the humans.
Ever since then, the young prince, Baron, held a grudge against the humans. During the attack, the humans managed to succeed in their hunt and killed the queen of Salhai: Barons' mother. Devastated, he hated the humans ever since. Now, Baron is 19. He has fair pale blue skin, white teeth with small fangs, sharp ears, and long dark blue hair he has tied in a ponytail. He is wearing black formal long pants with a black and dark grey designed tunic jacket. He is super tall, but then again, most Faes are. He is quite a charmer. At least with the other fae women, he thinks. Now the king is growing old. Baron needed to find a wife soon, to become king. Not wanting to waste any time, the king arranged a marriage for him. The only bad thing about this was he had to be married to a-
"Human!? Father, you want me to be married to a human!?" Baron exclaims, almost yelling in the wide throne room, filled with bioluminescent blue trees, and luxurious furniture.
"Quiet down, Baron. You'll disturb others." The king sighs.
"After what they did? After what they did to mother!?" Baron complains.
"Do you seriously think your mother would have wanted you to hate all of the human race just because a few of them killed her?" The king snaps.
Baron flinches and grows frustrated.
"Mother wouldn't have wanted to die that day." He huffs and storms out of the throne room.
The king sighs. He hopes to find a result within his marriage, and the humans are their only choice at the moment. The king isn't getting any younger.
Back at the princes' dark colored room, he groans and sits on the edge of his huge toned dark blue bed and puts his head in his hands. All he could think was how his father could do this to him.
He feels a slight licking on his knee. It was his dog...or something like a dog anyway. It looks something like a doberman, but with dark blue silky fur and glowing light blue eyes. The creature whines. "Heh. Thanks, Magi. be ok, promise." Baron manages to let out a small smile. He gets up and looks outside his window to his forests. Beautiful, as always. He just doesn't want anyone to hurt it, or anyone else again.
"..it's just marriage right? I don't have to like her. I won't talk to her at all.. Tch...I bet she's a stuck up brat who can't even feed herself without it being fed to her with a golden spoon." He mumbles to himself.
"...Dammit." He mutters and pinches the bridge of his slightly low straight nose. He gets flashbacks to that horrid day, when his mother risked her life to save him. He remembers how she told him to run as fast as he could while being brutally stabbed in the chest.
"I don't have to like her at all." He repeats through gritted teeth.
