---**UNKNOWN POV**"She has been trafficked off to the most dangerous ring successfully, and the payment has been received," Jabir reported, a sinister smirk twisting his lips as he spoke. His eyes, dark and cold, held a glint of cruel satisfaction.

"Excellent," the Boss replied, his voice a chilling monotone. There was a palpable emptiness in his tone, a void that seemed to swallow any trace of humanity. "I trust you sent them the message?"

Jabir's grin widened, a glint of dark amusement dancing in his eyes. "It has been sent and received. They'll be coming for me soon, I'm sure of it."The Boss's lips curled into a shadow of a smile. "Good. Soon, I will reveal myself to them, and they will forever regret the wrongs they've committed against me."

Jabir's expression darkened with a mix of eagerness and dread. The Boss's vengeance was always ruthless, and Jabir knew the cost all too well. The weight of his allegiance was heavy, but the Boss's regard was as empty as his voice. He would do anything for the Boss, even if it meant facing horrors he could barely comprehend.

In the recesses of the Boss's mind, a cold, calculating plan took shape. Revenge was a dish best served with meticulous cruelty, and he was ready to savor every moment of it.---**MUNIRA'S POV**A message from Jabir arrived today, sending a shiver down Munira's spine. The words were chilling: they would never be able to find Sumayyah, and even if they did, nothing could be done. The traffickers had taken her to Libya, a place infamous for its brutality and human trafficking networks.

The weight of the situation was crushing. Munira felt as if she were drowning in an ocean of despair. The police, detectives, and her brothers had prepared to leave for Libya, each step a descent into a nightmare. The head detective and the chief of police remained behind in Nigeria, along with a small team, to offer protection should anything go awry.

The team heading to Libya would spend a month studying the movements of the trafficking ring before making their move. Every minute of waiting felt like an eternity, the uncertainty gnawing at her sanity."Hayati," Hisham's voice gently pulled Munira from her tormented thoughts. He placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, his eyes reflecting deep concern. "Everything will be okay. Please, stop worrying so much. You know it's not good for the baby."

"I'm overwhelmed, Hisham," Munira confessed, her voice breaking as tears welled up. "All these revelations, all this chaos—it's like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I can't bear it anymore."

Hisham wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into a tight embrace. His voice was soft, soothing. "Remember always that Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. This is a test, and we will pass it together. I have faith in us, so please, stop the tears. We are in this together."Munira clung to him, drawing strength from his unwavering support. They fell asleep in each other's arms, the night heavy with the weight of impending uncertainty.

The next morning was suffused with a thick, oppressive tension. The usual warmth and laughter of the dining room had been replaced by a cold, palpable dread. The air was heavy with unspoken fears as they gathered around the table, the silence almost unbearable.

After breakfast, the detectives arrived with grim news. They mentioned a name that sent a jolt through Munira: Nasha, also known as Aisha Ahmed.

"I know her," Munira said, her voice trembling. "I met her once, at a store."

The detective's eyes narrowed, a mix of pity and concern etched into his face. "That woman is a notorious assassin, a deadly one at that. She's wanted by numerous countries and is currently in hiding. Her association with Jabir isn't a coincidence. Your meeting with her was a calculated move."

The revelation hit Munira like a physical blow. It felt as though every encounter she'd had, every seemingly benign interaction, had been a carefully orchestrated part of a larger, more sinister plot. The world around her had turned into a labyrinth of danger, each corner harboring new threats.

Despair began to consume her. "What did I do to deserve all this torment?" she cried out, her voice cracking under the weight of her anguish. The answer came in a voice she had hoped never to hear again—a voice as cold and menacing as the darkness it represented. "Oh, it seems you don't remember what you did," the voice sneered. "I told you that you would regret crossing me, and now you and your family will pay the price."

Munira's blood ran cold. The voice belonged to Aliyu Musa Sarki, a name that was synonymous with terror and cruelty. His presence loomed over her, a specter of past horrors now converging with her present nightmare.

The room seemed to close in around Munira as the implications of Aliyu's words sank in. The torment she had thought was beyond her grasp was now creeping back into her life, dragging with it a trail of darkness and malevolence. She was trapped in a nightmare that seemed to have no end, and the shadows of her past were now intertwining with the perils of her present.

Hisham's hand tightened around hers, his face a mask of steely resolve despite the fear in his eyes. "We will face this together," he whispered fiercely, his voice cutting through the dread like a blade. "No matter how dark it gets, we will fight. We cannot let them break us."

Munira nodded, her heart a maelstrom of terror and determination. The path ahead was shrouded in darkness, but with Hisham by her side, she felt a flicker of hope amidst the overwhelming fear. The battle was far from over, and she would not surrender without a fight.

As the day progressed, the sense of impending danger grew heavier. Munira and her family prepared for the journey ahead, their resolve steeled by the harsh reality of their situation. Every moment was fraught with peril, but their spirits were undeterred.

The countdown to Libya loomed like a shadow over their preparations. Each tick of the clock was a reminder of the danger they faced and the urgency of their mission. The stakes were high, and the path ahead was fraught with uncertainty. But Munira was determined to see it through, no matter the cost.

In the deepest corners of her mind, Munira vowed that she would not let fear dictate her actions. She would fight for Sumayyah, for her family, and for herself. The darkness may have enveloped them, but she was resolved to find a way through it, even if it meant confronting the demons of her past.

The days ahead promised to be a battle of endurance and resolve. The forces arrayed against them were formidable, but Munira's spirit was unyielding. With every step, she drew closer to a confrontation that would test her in ways she had never imagined. The fight for Sumayyah's freedom had just begun, and Munira was ready to face whatever horrors lay ahead.---
