I was released from the hospital around the same time as Daniel, maybe a bit later. I didn't return to school till a couple days after that, even though that was a process. "Goo let me go." I groaned as Goo clung to my leg like a child.

"No! You can't go back yet! You must rest!" Goo exclaimed as he kept his arms firmly wrapped around my leg.

"I need to go back to school! I missed enough!" I huffed as I slipped my leg from his grip, causing him to fall forward. I quickly moved, nearly running into Gun's chest.

He looked down at me and sighed, "Alright, let me drive you." He slipped his keys out of his pocket, twirling them on his finger.

"Gun! But-"

"She'll be safe there anyway, the strong ones are on her side and the weak ones are terrified of her." Gun stated coldly as he kicked Goo away from my leg as he tried to grasp it again. "And stop clinging onto her." He added as he gestured with his head for me to follow.

When I got to school, walking through the gates, I saw the girls gathering around Daniel trying to either get a photo of him or take a photo with him. I smiled to myself, happy to see nothing's change. I watched as Jay tried to help him only to get dragged into the mess with him. Eventually I watched as three Burn Knuckle members placed Daniel and Jay onto their shoulders, causing everyone to back away from them.

I let out a gasp in surprise as I felt someone scoop me up into their arms, "Don't worry (Y/N) I'll carry you the rest of the way!" Vasco exclaimed, as he held me close to his chest.

I smiled sheepishly, "Vasco, I don't need to be carried. But ... It's very sweet of you." I couldn't say no to that proud smile of his, before my smile fell as tears streamed down his cheeks as he began walking over towards the other members. "Are you crying Vasco?" I questioned with a worried tone.

Vasco sniffled a little, "I ... I'm just so happy you and Daniel are alive and well." He said as his grip on me tightened slightly, his shoulders trembling. "Daniel fell from a skyscraper and you were stabbed, you both survived." Vasco stated, smiling brightly as he looked back at Daniel.

"We haven't done the invincible chariot in a while." The one carrying Daniel said, still balancing the rubber duck on his head perfectly.

The one carrying Jay on his shoulders interjected, "It's our first time since doing it for Vasco in the first battle."

"Don't worry Daniel. This invincible chariot is unbeatable." The other added a confident grin on his features.

Daniel and I chuckled as we glanced at one another before taking a look around finding everyone quickly moving away. Looks like they still haven't gained any popularity since I've been out.

They eventually reached our classroom, Vasco setting me down gently. While Jay and Daniel were set down as well, the three of us told them goodbye before Daniel and I looked at one another before at the door. "Did you tell anyone we are awake Jay?" I questioned, seeing the blonde shake his head. "You are about to be bombarded by the girls." I tease lightly, smirking up at Daniel who let out a sigh.

"Then let's get this over with." He said with a small smile as he reached out and slid open the door. Just as he slid it open, multiple people charged forward in class, nearly tackling Daniel if it wasn't for Jay stepping in and reaching out his arm to stop them.

I quickly wedged myself out before the crowd swarmed him, letting out a sigh in relief. Happy Daniel was so handsome or else I probably would've been going back to the hospital for my stitches reopening.

"(Y/N)!" I hear a pair of collective screams call out as Zoe and Mira braced me in a tight hug. "OMG! We were so worried about you!" Zoe exclaimed as she held me tightly.
