Constellation surrounded Jungkook with their heads lowered, their unspoken words carrying more weight than the spoken.
After months of shipping with Jimin, Jungkook had had enough. Taehyung, who was among them alongside the rest of Constellation (aside from Noel, who was doing research in the basement), had suggested a meeting with all the Constellation members to address the growing Jimin problem. Jimin's situation was understandable—losing a lover was far from easy to go through—though he began taking it too far. Threatening the UC, working for Ryujin, trying to get a war mech—all that was left was attempting to conquer the galaxy.
The Lodge had a fire going, the warmth spewing out and kissing Jungkook's rough skin. He had the long sleeves of his compression shirt rolled up to give himself breathing room. Despite the heat, goosebumps wrapped around him.
"How do we deal with Jimin?" Sarah asked, her accent weaker than before, her bobbed blonde hair falling in her face to conceal her cyan eyes.
"He's scared," Sam said from his spot against the wall. Library walls hugged Sam's body as he pressed against them with his arms crossed over his chest, his eyes sunken for a beat before he dragged them up to glance at the group. "You can't go through what he went through and be okay afterward. Losing a father is..." Sam gripped his elbow and averted his gaze. "But losing a lover is worse."
