Aarav woke up and freshened up, ready to start the day. The morning sun streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow across the room. He walked to the wardrobe, humming a soft tune, and pulled open the doors. Suddenly, something metallic slipped out and fell to the floor with a loud clatter. Aarav's eyes widened in horror as he recognized the object a set of heavy, rusted chains. His heart began to pound wildly, and a cold sweat broke out on his forehead.

A surge of panic coursed through his veins. The chains lay sprawled on the floor, their cold, unforgiving links a stark contrast to the peaceful morning atmosphere. His breathing grew rapid and shallow as memories he had fought so hard to suppress began to resurface. The sight of the chains triggered a visceral reaction, sending a chill down his spine.

"Shyam! Suzyy!" he shouted, his voice trembling with a mix of fear and anger.

Hearing his frantic call, the two servants hurried into the room. Shyam, a middle-aged man with a calm demeanor, and Suzy, a younger woman with kind eyes, looked at Aarav with concern.

"Sir kya hua?" Shyam asked, noticing the distress etched on Aarav's face.

Aarav pointed a trembling finger at the chains on the floor. "yeh yahan kisne rakha? kaun aaya tha yahan haan?" he demanded, his voice shaking with rage.

The servants exchanged confused and worried glances. "Sir hum nahi jante hai" Shyam stammered, his usual composure faltering.

"nahi jante ho kya matlab hai?? koi bhi yahan aake kuch bhi rakh jayega" Aarav's voice rose in pitch, each word laced with frustration and fear.

The tension in the room was palpable. The chains lay ominously between them, a physical manifestation of the chaos they brought. Just then, Manvi, who had been in the kitchen helping with the breakfast, heard the commotion and quickly rushed to the guest room.

Seeing Aarav's distraught state, she immediately sensed the gravity of the situation. "Aaravji kya hua? aap kyun gussa kar rahe hai?" she asked, her voice filled with concern.

Aarav pointed to the chains on the floor, his hand shaking. "kya hua? yeh yahan kaise?" His voice cracked under the weight of his emotions.

Manvi's eyes widened in shock as she bent down to pick up the chains. Attached to them was a small, folded note. She glanced at the servants and said, "aap sab jayie"

Relieved to escape Aarav's anger, Shyam and Suzy quickly left the room. Manvi guided Aarav to sit on the bed. She poured a glass of water from the jug on the bedside table and handed it to him. "aap pani pijiye" she said gently.

"mujhe nahi peena" he replied, his voice still quivering.

"Pijiye Aaravji" she insisted, her tone soft yet firm.

Reluctantly, Aarav took the glass and drank. Manvi held his hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. She could see the fear and pain behind his anger, emotions he rarely showed.

As Aarav began to calm down, he remembered the previous night. "yeh Maya ne rakhi hai" he said, his voice tinged with dread.

Manvi remained silent; she had suspected Maya as well. Aarav picked up the note, his hands trembling, and read it desperately.

"waqt aa gaya hai phirse inmein bandhne ka"

He dropped the note as if it had burned him, his whole body trembling. Manvi rubbed his shoulder, trying to prevent him from spiraling into a panic attack. "Aisa kuch nahi hoga, main hun aapke paas," she reassured him, her voice strong and soothing.

Aarav looked at her, his eyes wide with fear. "Manvi, please, yeh shaadi postponed kar dete hai! Main nahi..." His voice broke off, cracking as he struggled to contain his emotions.
