Aarav and Khushi settled on the couch tired. "Dadda kitna maza aaya shopping bhi ho gayi aur games bhi khel liye! Promise me hum har weekend aise hi bahar jaaya karenge"
"Weekends kyun? Weekday par kyun nahi?" he asked
Khushi raised her eyebrow "aapke office ka kya hoga phir?" she questioned.
"Haan toh office ke aane ke baad bhi toh hum jaa sakte hai bahar" Aarav suggested.
Khushi agreed "thik hai dadda aapse kaun behes karega" she sighed deeply.
He smiled lightly. "Chalo ab room mein jaake rest karo main zara office waalo ki khabar lelun" he said. Khushi giggled and went upstairs to her room.
She glanced at the wall and a smile appeared on her face seeing the new addition of a photo in her room. She picked up the marker and wrote down "Khushi and Dadda!". She then glanced at the picture of her with Manvi and began to think something.
Aarav commenced to his room, he freshens up and changes to trousers and t-shirt. He glanced at the wall and a smile appeared on his face seeing the new portrait which he always wanted to have in his room. He touched it and got emotional.
He takes a deep breath and searches for the file but is unable to find it. "Kaki! Kaki!" he shouted out to the staff.
Sharda comes rushing to the room "kya hua Aarav baba?" she questioned.
"Main important file chodke gaya tha! Kisne saaf kiya mera room?" he asked
"Jaise tumhare instructions hai jo cheez jahan hai wahi rakhi rehti hai" she replied.
Manvi appears and said "aapki file study drawer mein hai"
Aarav glanced at her, Sharda excuses herself and leaves from there. Aarav checks and finally takes out the file. "Toh tumne yeh yahan rakhi lekin kyun?" he asked
"Main wo photo tangne aayi thi aapke kamre mein file aise hi padi thi kahi kuch ghum na ho jaata isliye sambhalke rakh di drawer mein" Manvi justified her actions.
"Yeh photo jo tumne lagaya hai bahut acha hai.." he said to which she smiled and stared at him.
"Aap nazar nahi hai?" she asked
"Isme nazar kyun hota main? Lekin agli baar meri cheezron ko haath mat lagana mujhe bilkul pasand nahi hai meri permission ke bina yahan se wahan ho mere room ka samaan" Aarav said
"Thik hai nahi karungi aur mujhe aapse kuch aur bhi baat karni thi" Manvi said.
"Baad mein karein? Mujhe office ka kaam dekhna hai abhi.. Dinner ke baad baat karenge" Aarav said and headed to the pool area taking his laptop. Manvi sighed deeply, she glanced at him for a few seconds and then left the room.
She turned to leave, he calls her "suno"
She glanced back at him "ji.."
"Police station se phone aaya tha! Dhruv had been bailed out.." he informed her.
Manvi gets disheartened hearing it. Aarav while focussed on the laptop screen said "don't worry tum Malhotra Mansion mein ho yahan meri ijjazat ke bina ek patta tak nahi aata hai! You are safe here"
She gets overwhelmed hearing his words "Thank you Aaravji aapne mere liye jo kiya wo mere apne bhi nahi kar paaye" she said
"Mujhe jo sahi laga maine kiya.. Jaate jaate darwaza band karke jaana" Aarav replied.
Manvi shook her head positively and kept on staring at him. She slapped her head from behind and left the room "kya manvi kaise ghurti hai tu unhe" she sighed at her own actions.
