Lingling was sitting now in the living room of her luxurious mansion, the cold and emotionless expression on her face was replaced by a frown, she was sitting stiffly on the couch looking out the window, her arms crossed and she was trying her hardest to not think about the beautiful woman who went by the name of Orm.

Unconsciously, Lingling's slender hand found its way on her lips and caressed it with her thumb, the feeling of last night's kiss still clung to her, the taste and the softness of the other girl's lips.

As the memories of last night plagued her, a heavy sigh escaped her lips, her hands dropped on her lap. Lingling was more than aware of the fact that they shared a kiss...one that crossed her boundaries, but what truly nagged her was her own feelings, a part of her mind yearned more.

The image of the mysterious girl still fresh in her mind... her beautiful, porcelain face was all Lingling could think about... the feeling of her soft skin, her smooth hands, her slender waist, her delicate body... everything about this mysterious woman had entranced Lingling, she wanted, no...no, she needed to see her once more...

That's it, she made up her mind, Lingling was determined to investigate more about her and hopefully, see her again.

In the intervening time, Orm was walking through the busy streets of the city, her mind was occupied with thoughts of the night before, the image of Lingling was still fresh in her mind, the way her voice sounded, the way her eyes seemed to flash a soft look.

Orm couldn't remember the last time she was so affected by someone, especially a woman. She, in fact was supposed to be here to get close to Lingling and complete her damn assignment, but somehow it seemed like she was being the one to get trapped.

She ran a hand through her hair in frustration, she felt like she was going crazy. When did everything become so complicated?!

Her assignment was simple, get close to Lingling and then find a way to ruin her father's business, that's all she was supposed to do. What happened last night wasn't in her plans at all !

Suddenly, her phone began to chime, breaking the silence of her thoughts. She reached for it, noticing that a message had popped up. It was a message from her father, probably reminding her why she was here in the first place.

Orm let out a sigh as she read the text, a wave of irritation washed over her as she realized he was once again reminding her of the task at hand and asking for her to come to his office as soon as she can.

"Tsk, same old, same old..."

She muttered under her breath, shoving the phone back in her pocket. Despite her irritation, she knew she had a job to do, and she couldn't let her emotions get in the way.

As much as she tried, Orm wasn't able to ignore the conflict within her, a part of her was starting to wonder if this assignment was really worth it, but the other part reminded her of her obligation to her father and family.

For now, she decided it was best to focus on her original assignment, and not let herself be fooled by some silly feelings of infatuation...or so she tried to persuade herself.

Orm finally entered the dimly lit office of her father, who was seated behind a large mahogany desk. The room was decorated with expensive-looking furniture, with a few intimidating paintings hanging on the walls.

Mr Kornnaphat looked up as she entered, his eyes narrowing and his expression stern.

"Orm." He said in a deep voice, gesturing for her to take a seat in one of the chairs across from him. "You've made progress with Kwong's daughter, correct?"
