As the soft rays of the morning sun filtered into the room, Lingling's eyes fluttered open, her consciousness slowly rising from the comfort of her sleep. Her gaze fell upon Orm's sleeping form, basking in the serene beauty of her girlfriend's peaceful expression as the gentle light highlighted her delicate features. A tender smile tugged at the corners of Lingling's lips, her heart filled with gratitude and affection for the woman who had become her pillar of strength, admist the chaos of their families.

Lingling couldn't help but be awed by the rapid progression of their relationship. As their eyes met, Lingling couldn't help but break into a warm smile. "Good morning, my dear," she replied, her touch tender as she gently caressed Orm's cheek.

Orm, still emerging from the clutches of slumber, blinked a few times before her eyes focused on her girlfriend. Worry laced her gentle inquiry as she asked, "How are you doing, my love? Have you been feeling any better?"

Lingling's heart swelled with warmth and gratitude as she listened to Orm's heartfelt concern. A soft smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she reached out and gently caressed her hand. "Much better now, having you here, by my side, and waking up to your sweet face," she murmured, her voice laced with warmth and fondness, "has made all the difference... The sun itself can't compare to the warmth your presence brings."

Orm's cheeks flushed with a bashful smile as she blushed in response to Lingling's words. "Oh, stop it!" she giggled, her voice brimming with affection. "Who knew you could be so cheesy? Her eyes sparkled with adoration as she whispered the last part to herself, "I am loving it, though."

As Orm's blush deepened, she hastily covered her face with her hands. A playful smile tugged at Lingling's lips as she watched her girlfriend's reaction. "Well, it seems like my teasing has worked wonders," she playfully remarked, gently pulling Orm's hands away from her face.
