Because of this, Weiying's eyes turned completely red, and he transformed into his snake form, half human and half serpent, and he said, "No one can come between me and Wangji. If you try, you will die."

Seeing this, everyone was stunned, including Wangji.

Wangji wanted to stop him, but something had happened to Weiying. He attacked anyone who came near him.

But he wasn’t attacking those who weren’t attacking him.

Just then, Uncle Qiran shouted, "Wangji, look, he’s killing everyone! Do something!"

Hearing Uncle’s words, something seemed to change in Wangji. His eyes turned black, and suddenly, he went behind Weiying and stabbed him with a sword.

It happened so quickly that Weiying didn’t even realize what had happened. He collapsed to the ground and reverted to his human form. After doing this, Wangji came to his senses and, seeing Weiying in that condition, was shocked. He quickly grabbed him in his arms and said, "Nothing will happen to you."

Weiying smiled and said, "Wangji, you know, in life I must have made many mistakes, but do you know what my biggest mistake was? That I fell in love with you."

Right after saying this, Weiying dies.

Seeing this, Wangji starts crying and wonders if Weiying had really done anything wrong. That day, he had only defended himself, and he hadn’t even killed anyone. Wangji was deep in thought when suddenly someone came up behind him and stabbed him with a sword, saying, "I’ve avenged my daughter, Lan Wangji." The person started laughing as they said this.

Seeing this, everyone was shocked. Xichen and Qiran didn’t know what to do, so they quickly grabbed Lin Wang.

But Lin Wang didn’t seem to care at all; in fact, he was very happy that day.
