It's been two months since the incident, and everything has almost returned to normal. He then explains that when Madam Yu took him away, she led him into a room and said, "Wangji, I know you love Wei Ying, and at that time, it wasn’t your fault. But I also know that no matter what, Wei Ying was hurt because of you, and I love my son very much. So, promise me that no matter what happens, you will never hurt him again, and you’ll even give your life for him if needed."
Wangji became a bit emotional hearing this because he knew that Wei Ying had been hurt a lot because of him. He said, "I promise."
Hearing this, Wei Ying said, "Lan Zhan, it wasn’t your fault," and hugged him.
Wangji hugged him back and said, "Now finish your dinner first."
Wei Ying finished his meal, and the two hugged each other and fell asleep.
The next day, it’s shown that Wei Ying and Wangji had gone to the human world, and they had also spoken with Wangji's parents about their marriage. Cheng and Madam Yu didn’t join them, because everyone knew that Wei Ying didn’t have a family, which would raise suspicions.
Wangji’s family had no issue with the gay marriage, and they were happy that their son was marrying a big businessman. However, they told the couple to wait before getting married because Wangji was still too young.

He would show off everywhere, mentioning Wei Ying’s name, which annoyed Wangji greatly. But Wei Ying stopped Wangji from saying anything to Huaisang.
They continued living this way, and yes, they stayed in the human world because Wei Ying wanted to live a normal life. Wei Ying’s family also visited them from time to time to meet them.And Wangji’s dream came true—he became a very famous singer, with Wei Ying helping him a lot along the way.
Now, we are shown a bedroom scene where Wei Ying and Wangji are lying down. Wei Ying suddenly asks, “Lan Zhan, if this prophecy didn’t exist, would you still love me?”
Wangji replies, “Whether the prophecy existed or not, I would still love you—only you.” Saying this, Wangji pulls Wei Ying towards him and starts kissing him. Wei Ying begins to kiss him back.
