{Episode 2} Childhood Friends

She stood up wary and sprinted to her front door and opened it. Alexy fell onto Liam, she was all bruised up and wounded. Liam taking immediate action, helped Alexy walk to her mother's bed kicking the door shut behind her. "What happened Alexy?!" Asked Liam worried. Alexy grinned mischievously and responded playfully "Weeeell, attacking a military ain't easy! Y'know?" Liam sighed with relief at Alexy's expression. She nodded understanding her and said "Mhm, wait here. I'm going to get the med kit." Alexy nodded waiting for her as she thought angrily "DAMMIT!! THIS HURTS LIKE HELL!" Liam walked to the big storage closet next to the front door where she looked through a bunch of stuff until she found the med kit, when she found it she ran back to the room and cleansed Alexy's wounds. Alexy was dazed by the sight of Liam, Liam noticed and asked "Alex what's wrong?..." Alexy looked at Liam and teared up but held it in before Liam noticed and responded confidently "Wrong? Nothing! I'm just thinking about what we should do next, " "Whatever comes up, that's what you'd be saying..But THINKING on the next move?" Responded Liam, Alexy looked at her and playfully fought back "You're right!..HEY! I doo think of future steps!" Liam side-eyed Alexy playfully and responded "Mhmm," Alexy's eyes started glowing a little red as she started wincing in pain, her movements became frigid. Liam noticed it and she asked, "Could you take them out?" "No, medical attention is better." Said Alexy still sounding confident but her face became pale. Liam rushed into her room, picked up her phone, and called Maya. "Hello? Liam are you ok!?" Responded Maya worried. "I am, but Alex isn't. S-She's Gun WOUNDED and VERY Pale" Said Liam hysterical. Maya understanding the situation answered "Oh My..ok Liam listen to me, breathe. Everything will be ok, I'll be there right away." as picked up all the equipment she needed in an instant. Liam nodded, took deep breaths, and asked "How far are you?" "5 minutes, Alexy will be fiine!" Said Maya without hesitation. Liam stood in front of the door waiting for the knock, the 5 minutes passed by quickly and Maya was standing outside holding all her stuff. She knocked on the door and Liam let her in. She took her to where Alexy was lying, Liam walked out of the room unable to witness what Maya was going to do to Alexy. She waited outside of the room as Maya took the bullets out and put her hands on the wounds healing them. Alexy's color restored and she immediately woke up. Then she gripped Maya's hands tightly noticeably in distress. That took Maya by surprise scaring her, Alexy noticed her fearful expression and let go as she said "OMGG I AM SOOO SORRY MAYAAA" Maya just nodded and stepped back crossing her arms while saying "Y'know people normally tend to rest to restore their strengths after being fatally injured." Alexy smiled and said loudly "It's because they aren't as strong as me!!" Liam heard her and ran to the room hugging Alexy. Alexy hugged her back tightly and looked at Maya "C'mon old lady! Aren't you glad to see me!" Maya's eye twitched scaring Alexy "You're not old! I was juuust playing!" Maya giggled and hugged them. Suddenly loud snoring broke the tender moment, Maya let go and saw Alexy fall on the bed with her mouth open. Liam fell sideways to the floor, Maya threw herself on the floor trying to catch Liam. She did catch her but on her back. Maya flinched feeling gravity pull on herself and Liam. Maya sighed there staying still on the floor not knowing what to do, she crawled to the living room with Liam on her back. Maya fell asleep on the floor with Liam on her back. At 7:00 a.m. dog's barking woke everyone up. Liam and Alexy were startled and half asleep, they walked to the kitchen where Maya was standing in the kitchen making coffee. Alexy walked to Liam laying her arm on her shoulders. Liam yawned and the girls walked to the kitchen following the coffee aroma. "Why are you up Maya?! It's too early don't you think??" Asked Alexy trying to convince Maya to go back to sleep. Maya chuckled responding "Have you ever heard of work?" Liam was dozing off while standing up as Alexy angered a little bit responded "I DO KNOW ABOUT WORK! AFTER ALL I BURN PEOPLE FOR MY JOB!" with a smile. Maya teasing her responded "Wooooow, if I didn't know you I would be scared. AND GO BACK TO SLEEP" Alexy froze in shock and nodded turning around, Alexy picked Liam up and put her on the couch. She covered Liam with a blanket and Maya stood in front of the door saying "Ohh, I made breakfast and coffee for when you two really wake up! Bye Bye, take care!!" She stepped out and headed to work. Time passed and it was 9:35 and a loud crash woke her up, she ran to her mother's room where Alexy was on the floor feeling defenseless her tears were never-ending and her eyes were glowing with her flowing magma hair. The temperature rose matching her uncontrollable emotions. "Alexy are you ok!?" Asked Liam concerned running to her to comfort her. Alexy didn't hear her, her thoughts were constantly reminding her of what happened. In her mind, she would fight back "STOPPPPP!!!! IF I WAS BETTER BACK THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SAVE EVERYONE.." Liam hugged Alexy noticing she wasn't ok and said "Alexy, just breathe, it's ok." Liam's words comforted Alexy as she knew deep down seeing Liam felt surreal. Alexy calmed down and her appearance went back to normal like the temperature. She wiped her tears and hugged Liam back looking at the pictures of all the survivors. Her heart felt fuzzy and she smiled saying "Thank you, Liam," gratefully. "Awwwww, you're welcome!! Y'know what! We could gooo shopping! I heard there is a new storeee!" Said Liam trying to brighten up the mood. "Yeaaaaaaaaa! I could buy new attire for ákardos!" Said Alexy super energized and confident. Liam giggled and they went to eat the breakfast Maya had made, after that, they went to change. Alexy wanting to look cool and intimidating, put on a crop top, a punk jacket, and sweatpants. Liam on the other hand wore a cute vintage dress with a cute purse that had a bunny charm on it. Alexy got out first and waited for Liam, Liam stepped out and Alexy squealed. "OMGGGGG You look soooo cuteee!!" Exclaimed Alexy. Liam smiled and said "Thank youuu!!! You look cooool!!" "Awww thank youuuu!!" exclaimed Alexy. They walked to a nearby mall and went to a clothing store, the girls got a bunch of outfits and they did their fashion show to get each other's opinions. In total, they picked out 40 clothes, 20 pairs of shoes, and 8 accessories, and their cart was full. They went to the cash register and they walked up to the only available one. The cashier said "Long time no see," The girls looked up at the cashier in shock as the cashier winked at them.
