{Episode 4} The Bomb Of Sadness

All that crying left Liam exhausted, she opened her eyes to find herself back in the forest gasping for air, when she suddenly felt and saw a black leather glove covering her nose and mouth. Liam tried to pull the hand away but she wasn't strong enough. She felt herself elevating from the ground, Liam horrified woke up with tears in her eyes and sweat rushing down her body. She jumped up and ran to the bathroom. Opened the water faucet and poured the cold water on her face to calm herself down. Then she went to the kitchen where she made breakfast for her and her mother, she also got snacks for her mother. She ate her breakfast as fast as she could and took her mother's breakfast and snacks to her room where she placed them on the night table. Liam's mom opened her eyes and smiled at Liam. "Good morning, my little Astra!" Exclaimed Liam's mom excited but very weak. Liam responded happily "Good morning, Mom!" Liam's mother glanced at her and said "Thanks dear, but you have to get ready. I can take care of myself now!" Liam's expression softened at her mother and she hugged her. "Mom, your health is just deteriorating...don't overwork yourself. Ok??" Liam's mom nodded and smiled as she spoke weakly but confidently "Fiine, I...won't, I promise!" Liam ran to her room and put her uniform on. Then she ran to school, this time she was early! When she stepped into the building she knew exactly where her class was. When she entered the classroom, a sense of liberty embraced Liam. Liam smiled at the feeling and sat at her desk, Rina was very talkative and cheerful! Rina noticed Liam being quiet and approached her. Rina tried to sign "Hi! I am Rina nice to meet you!" Liam felt proud of Rina's attempt and said "Hi, I am Liam! You don't have to sign it's ok!" Rina turned slightly red out of embarrassment but smiled at Liam. "Do you want to be friends? I mean, it's ok if you don't wa-" said Rina breaking the silence. "I would love to be your friend!" responded Liam with a warm smile. Rina squealed and jumped around excited, "OMG I am sooo happy!! Thank you!!!!" Liam said, "Awwwww, you're welcome!" Suddenly a girl with straight black hair, a face full of makeup, and wearing an extremely short skirt with a very tight shirt that contours her body shape mocked Rina and Liam with her friends. Rina heard them and stopped, then she sat down extremely embarrassed. Liam noticed and said "I never thought you were soo energetic! I love it!" Rina's face lit up with a huge smile "Thank you, Liam!!" She said ecstatic, Liam nodded. Shortly after that, history class began all of a sudden a phone started ringing, Liam noticed her phone was the one ringing and she raised her hand. The teacher noticed and asked, "What do you need Liam?" "Ms.Gwen, my phone is ringing and I was wondering if I could step out to answer it." Ms.Gwen said "Oh yeah! You can! Thank you for asking!!" Liam stood up and went outside of the classroom, when she was outside of the door she picked up the call. "Hi, am I talking to Liam Kuik??.." Said the familiar voice. Liam answered "Yes this is Liam? Do I know you??" "Yes, this is Doctor Samuel speaking uhhhh your mother came to our hospital today and she was very weak so I put her on a bed to rest and when I went to check on her she was...dead. She wasn't breathing and, and...." Liam started crying, she felt enraged, sad, and useless. The doctor continued speaking "I am sorry for your loss," Liam clenched her fist in pure rage. She hung up immediately angered, she entered the classroom with her tears streaming down her cheeks, they all noticed her. Some approached her asking her what happened, others just laughed at the fact that she was crying in school. She just ignored everyone letting sorrow control her. Rina felt bad and tried comforting her but she packed up her stuff instantly. After packing up she walked up to Ms.Gwen and spoke softly and barely audible "I-was informed o-of my mo_ther's...passing.." Ms.Gwen looked at Liam compassionately and told her "Liam, I'm so sorry for your loss..." Liam in tears said, "I-uhhh-I___I am going home now, is that ok?" Ms.Gwen said, "Yes, it's ok..just be safe and I am truly sorry for your loss.." Liam nodded as the streams of tears never stopped, Liam left the school building and was determined to end the doctor. Liam thought to herself infuriated "His whole story was weird, that bastard." While she was walking home she passed by the hospital, she stopped at the sight of one car, a fancy gray one. She had a gut feeling it was his, her commitment led her to hide in a nearby alleyway to change into Shadow. Shadow stepped out of the alleyway and sneaked to the car. Then she picked the lock of the car using one of her daggers. When she opened it, she entered, shut the door behind her, locked it, and snuck into the backseat. In the back seat, she threw herself on the floor camouflaging perfectly with the black carpet flooring. She waited in the car a long time, waiting for him to get in. He got into the car exhausted and drove home. The drive lasted for 15 minutes, when they arrived he got out of the car right away, locked the car, and entered his house. Shadow stayed in the car waiting for the right moment to initiate her attack.
