22. HER FIRST KITCHEN RITUAL!!

Hey Kanha ji, today, just for today save me, from today I will not ask anything from you"

I prayed to kanha one last time and step in the kitchen. It was big, obviously. When I step in everyone left me alone to have a fight with those big utensils and ladles. Well Ammi jaan, expecting way to much from me that she ordered to evacuate the kitchen so that I do not get disturbed while making dishes.

Now who will tell her how wrong she was. 

I will get disturbed when I know how to make something. I looked at those already chopped vegetables and ingredients kept there. I don't even know the name of few, how am I suppose to put them together and make delicious dish out of it? 

Ammi jaan told me to make two vegetables for breakfast and one sweet dish, kheer. I thought how much hard it could be? I will get everything chopped, I just need to mix it only and then I will put it for cooking. But now looking at these multiple things I can only say that," Hamse na ho payega."   (I can not do this)

Huh, well... I don't have any option now, lets destroy today's breakfast.

With determination I stepped forward, first thing is Kheer, it will take time to get ready, I know this much. So I took a big cauldron and pour milk in it, I kept it on fire and began spinning the ladle. Soon the milk began coming out at high speed when I pour rice in it, amount?, well I don't know, as much looked good I poured.

I left it and moved to have a wrestling match with the paneer and other things kept there. I poured water in a medium size cauldron and put paneer in it first, well the vegetable is of paneer so I guess it should be martyred first, then joined some onions, tomatoes, chillies, 

what more should I add? umm.. 

Oh.. spices are left!

So I went to take spices and add a 3 big ladles of salt, 2 big ladles of chilly powder and 2 big ladles of masala and what is this brown brown small stick type thing? I put one in my mouth and it felt tasty... so I put one ladle in it, I don't know what it is so I should put less. What if it will make my dish bad

Moving forward I saw chopped garlic and ginger, Oh I totally forget about them!! I hurriedly took them and put them in. 

I then looked at kheer.

They must be used in kheer as well, that's why it was kept near milk and rice, yes, I moved towards kheer and put some paste of garlic and ginger in it too. Now it will be very tasty.

Then I remember that I heard one time that lemon is used in making paneer, I picked up a lemon cut it into 4 pieces and put it in.

I left everything for cooking and moved towards floor to make a dough. I is a bog task now, it is becoming so jelly like as much water I am adding in it. Why is it not taking shape of dough?
