4. THE COURT ROOM 1

I blinked my eyes rapidly to adjust the sunlight. My head was paining so much and I was like in a haze. My mind was not working properly. I tried to remember bout the happenings but all I remembered was I hid into that lorry and then I was in pain. 

OH

My arm!!

I instantly checked my arm and it was bandaged. I roamed my eyes on my whole body and amazed to see my body was covered with bandages. 

I looked around in amusement and found that was in a big room. Round ceiling with so so beautiful patterns carved on it with yellow, red and orange colors. I sat down and observed my surroundings. The heavy beautiful curtains were open. Little window was opened and sun was trying to peak through it. I smiled looking at it. It gave me peace.

Everything here is so mesmerizing. 

But where am I ??

"Is there anyone to help??" I said in a loud voice sitting on bed unable to stand because I was feeling pain in my whole body. I never felt such pain before. That's too much for me. I just want to cry and cry so much in embrace of my baapusa and maasa. Tears welled up in my eyes. Before I could think more a lady entered the room.

"Aadab Shehjadi", she said to me bowing down and continued, "I am the maid assigned for your every sort of comfort. I was waiting for you to get up. I have prepared for your bath please follow me." she said with smile.

She was speaking some different language. I was not able to understand properly but she wanted to take me somewhere, should I follow her? She could be someone dangerous.

"Hey Kahna raksha kijiye"

"Hey Kahna protect me" with a sigh I decided to follow her.

I sighed seeing a big bathroom in front of me, pool inside, big pillars in it and was so beautiful.

I took bath without much talks and she offered me new type of cloths. It was long kurta like my bhaisa wore but have design like blouse on it and a pyjama type heavy frilled bottomwear. She was wearing something similar but less worked and light. It did not seem comfortable to me and would be awkward so I rejected her and requested for warrior suit like have worn. She brought new pair for me. Although it was not same but seems more comfortable.

She served me some rice and daal once I was ready. The kingdom seem to be nice. She was nice lady.

"Shehjaadi sahiba aadab, You have been invited to court, I am here to escort you there please follow me." a new attendee appeared suddenly making me flinch I clutched my sword in instinct but she was no harm she was also here to take me somewhere. I sighed deeply checking all my daggers and picked my sword.

"Ji chaliye"

"Yes let's go" We moved outside. I keenly looked at every pattern and every gate that I was crossing. Everything was so beautifully designed with different colors and so colorful. I noticed that I have stepped into courtroom.
