28. HE IS ANGRY!!

I jerked my head up only to find no pillar but the wall himself, I mean Shahenshah himself.

I took a step back when he clutched my arm in death grip and with other hand removed my face mask. I looked down not able to look into his eyes.

Is he really going to arrest me now? Will he send me to underground jail where there is no window too? I will bargain with him to send me to first floor jail, atleast my time will spend in looking at different things. I was busy in making different scenarios when he said,

"App kiski ijajat se yaha aayi?" 

"With whom permission you entered here?" His voice deep and angry. He was looking very angry. I blinked my eyes not knowing what to say.

He again said in his loud and scary voice," Ham kuchh poochh rahe hain aapse begam sahiba."

"I am asking you something begam sahiba"

I peeked at him under my lashes when Arham bhaisa spoke all of sudden," She wanted to see the practice area so I took her here."

He glared at bhaisa hardly and bhaisa ducked his head down not speaking anything.

He tucked the cloth in my turban covering my face again and said in deep voice," To the chamber, right now." I flew to chamber in no time with trembling legs and shaking hands.

I never got caught like this ever. It was so scary and Shahenshah's face was not helping at all.

I was busy in making different scenarios in my mind and thinking of the answers I would give him by imagining his questions. I was creating whole scene already in my mind so that I could not forget any thing at that moment.

I heard announcement of Shahenshah's entering the chamber and all confidence vanished in thin air. I fumbled with my steps where to go. I chose the safest place, prayer area. Yes! He would not say me anything now.

I swiftly move and sat back in front of Bhagwat geeta pretending to read it. I am really sorry kanha, forgive me for using you but Shahenshah is looking so scary.

I peeked through the partition holes to know what he was doing and found that he was not searching me. He did some paper work and then went to take bath got ready and without asking me for turban he put his turban on by himself and left the chamber. I sat there dumbfounded.

What just happened?

I came out of prayer area and after getting ready I walked out to sit in my queen's chamber. Iqra and Nadira jii were already waiting for me there with a lot more attendees. We use to spend time together by playing some games and they talk about their household things. Sometimes complain about their in law and husbands too.

They make beautiful cloths by sitting here and some of them are seriously skilled. They use such small needle and small pearls and many things to make very beautiful designs on the dupatta and lehenga. Some of them make beautiful designs on their husbands kurta too.
