Jard blushed at what Rose just said. She gave him dreamy eyes, causing him to blush more. "Ah. I've missed you too." Jard covered his face with his hands.
"You know...I've been thinking about something..." Rose continued whispering.
Jard kept blushing even more. Has Rose always been THIS flirty? He then looked at Bobo, and brought him closer. "Rose? You have an idea?" the leader pointed at her with his pen. "Right. I was thinking that we could build some drones or something to explode their base." Rose said.
"That idea might be a bit too complicated. For once, drones are hard to build, and how can we connect the drones to a device? And what if the rebellions shoot them down? I'm sorry, Rose, the idea just won't work."
Rose nodded slightly, seeming a bit disappointed.
"The idea I like best is the one where we could send traveling experts, then they radio me signaling for me to send the soldiers, then we take down the rebellions." the leader said.
"But isn't it too risky?" someone else said.
"Yes, it may be risky, but these are experts, remember?"
"Ah."
"Any volunteers?" the leader asked. Nobody raised their hands. "I know somebody." Rose said.
"Who?" Oliver said.
Rose looked at Jard. "Jard can do this." she smiled. "Are you sure, Rose? I mean, he's new, so we don't know that he's an expert yet. It's really risky, and requires a lot of skill." Oliver shook his head.
"Come on, I've known Jard for years!! Trust me, he's awesome."
"And how are you sure about that?"
"Sir. Please let me try." Jard stood up. Oliver just sighed. "Fine. But we need two people. Jard nodded, and shook Bobo. "Hrnnn...?" Bobo slowly opened his eyes.
Bobo then stood up. "Huh?" He looked around.
"Alright. Thanks for volunteering, Bobo." Oliver wrote their names down on a clipboard.
"Huh?? Wh-wha..?" Bobo looked at Jard. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?!"he shouted.
Jard just chuckled. "Nothing."
"You guys will begin your mission on Monday. You have a whole week to train and practice, get ready." Oliver said.
Jard and Bobo nodded, as he showed them the way to the training room. "Woah!! Look, there's an aiming place for grappling hooks!! And a race track!!" Bobo shook Jard, then pointed to the room.
Bobo ran to the aim for grappling hooks, then grabbed one. He aimed it at the target, and fired it. It missed the middle, but at least he hit the target!!
"YIPPEE!!" Bobo jumped. "Heh, I bet I can do better." Jard took the grappling hook. He aimed the grappling hook at the target and it hit the bullseye.
