Rui POV
A couple of weeks had gone by since I met Tsukasa. I've been feeling happier than ever lately because of him.
Nene was at my house today, and we were both in my room. She was just playing games instead of interacting with me though. Sometimes she just enters my house whenever, but I've gotten used to it. She is my neighbor after all.
She texted me earlier to say she was coming over. She said she has something important to tell me about Emu, who did turn out to be her pen pal after all.
Nene put down her game, and spoke. "Okay, so, Emu's been saying that Phoenix Wonderland hasn't been profiting as much lately, and she wants people to put on a "sparkly wonderhoy" show with her to fix that. She wants me to join her because she likes my singing. I know you like planning shows, so maybe you can help us? It seems really important to her."
I'd never seen Nene so willing to help someone before. "Okay, I'll help you guys."
"Thanks. I'll let Emu know. I'm meeting up with her soon." Nene said.
My mind went to Tsukasa with all his mentions of wanting to be a star. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to make that happen. "I could ask Tsukasa to help too. He really likes shows. I think he wants to be an actor."
Nene didn't look enthusiastic about that. "Really? Him?"
"What's wrong with him?" I asked.
"He's annoying."
"Maybe to you, but not to me."
"Fine. You can ask your boyfriend."
"He's not my boyfriend." I told her.
"Future boyfriend?" She asked. I rolled my eyes at her.
"I'll text Tsukasa right now." I said, ignoring the future boyfriend comment.
Tsukasa POV
Since I met Rui, I've been having so much fun with him. More than anyone else I know, though I'm not sure what's different about him. Whenever I'm not busy, I catch myself thinking about him. Always imagining us close together. It was weird. I've never thought of anyone like this before.
It was the weekend, and I got to work on something I had been wanting to do. I wanted to make a show costume for myself. If I want to become a star, the first step is to make a costume.
I put my sewing skills to the test for a few hours, and when I finally took a break, I turned my phone on to see some messages from Rui.
Rui :3 💜
Rui :3 💜: Hey, Tsukasa
Since you're a star, do you want to put on a show with me and 2 others?
Me: Of course I do!
A star would never turn down an opportunity like this!
Rui :3 💜: Awesome!
I've already got some ideas hehehe
The show will take place at Phoenix Wonderland
Me: Really? It's been a while since I've been there
Have you been there before?
Rui :3 💜: Yeah, but not recently
Me: We should go together then!!!!!!
How about next weekend?
Rui :3 💜: Sounds good!
