Macau didn't like being ambushed. He doesn't even like surprise events, including birthday surprises. So it was understandable that he was beyond pissed when Kai went in secret to introduce his family. He had stated this to the man several times: He doesn't like surprise events!

Surprise events and the Mafia's world just don't go hand in hand very well. It was ingrained in his bones that he must take everything with extra caution.

He thought Kai would get that and not force something down his throat again, but he guessed he expected too much. Habits die hard, after all, Kai just likes to do everything his way. So, fuck what Macau thinks about it!

In retaliation, he ceased every way of communication with that man. Macau even didn't go out for the time being, so the only way for Kai to communicate with him was by going to the minor family's house.

For his credit, Kai actually did it. He religiously went when his schedule permitted. Almost every damn day, sometimes even two-three times a day, with so many excuses that got either Vegas or Pete rolling their eyes. Even when Macau didn't even look at him, let alone say something.

Macau felt he needed to get away. Being close to Kai seemed to cloud his judgment more than he liked. He found himself just going along with whatever Kai thought and wanted as soon as that bastard opened his mouth.

Including this relationship.

What was this actually? They haven't even said those three little words or made it official that they are indeed a couple and now they jumped to introduce him to his family and marriage talks. It's confusing!

Macau knew they were 'something' exclusive, but didn't realize it was that serious until he was face to face with Kai's family. That was why every time someone asked him what was the status of their relationship, he merely smiled, not wanting to say the wrong thing. But the public made their own assumption when they saw how Macau and Kai together, splattered across any gossip outlet known to Thai people.

Kai didn't treat him like his previous partners and rendezvous. The guy painfully doted on and spoiled him publicly, bringing him food and drink, sometimes even feeding him himself, or wiping his sweat, or simply looking at him in a certain way that got people to gush. Rarely do people see them walking together without one body part attached to each other. Not to mention all those kisses. It screams LOVERS from miles away.

Kai even mentioned his name in interviews while grinning like idiots! He casually said, "My boyfriend will kill me," when the interviewer asked if he still attended wild parties. The interviewer then asked, "Your boyfriend is Macau Theerapanyakul, right? Is that correct?"

Kai nodded and said, "Yes, correct."

"Isn't Khun Macau also like to party?"

"Not that kind of party. My boyfriend likes to have fun, yes, but I assure you not that kind of party. He's a good boy."

"So, can Khun tell me what kind of party is it actually that made a Theerapanyakul steer clear?"

Kai laughed. "I'll pass in answering this one and please don't dig more. He's going to be pissed and I'm going to be in trouble." The interviewer laughed with him.

"If he is indeed angry, what are you going to do to make up for it?"

"Mac is not difficult, in reality. That's just how people assume him to be, being the youngest in one of the richest households in Thailand. He is actually very considerate of others. He's just ...," he didn't continue and smiled like an idiot again and people went into an uproar and flooded Macau's social media with comments.
