Night crawled in , crickets were singing their favorite song. Mohini and Nandini were laying on the floor soaking the moonlight in Mohini's room.

" I can't believe I am getting engaged tomorrow " Mohini said looking out of the window. 

"Nandu" Her focus shifted on Nandini who was zoned out. Nandini's mind kept playing that moment continuously. The new hue of love covered her face and the pleasant smile on her face was enough to tell that she was in love. Mohini examined her expressions carefully and smirked.

" Kaun hai vo?" Mohini asked.

[Who is he?]

" Raj ji ka koi dost -"  she paused " Huh" .

[ A friend of Raj ji]

" Accha ji toh mujhse ye chupaya jaa raha tha...ye boht buri bat hai Nandini mai tumhe mere aur Raj ji ke bare me sab batati hu aur tum mujhse chupa rahi ho" Mohini pouted.

[So this was being hidden from me... This is a very bad thing Nandini, I tell you everything about me and Raj ji and you are hiding it from me.]

" Arey par-" Nandini tried to cover up but as always she failed .

[But-]

"Kuch par var nahi jaldi batao kya nam hai kal hi tumhare rishte ki baat krwa deti hu" Mohini squealed with happiness.

[quickly tell me what is the name, I will get you talking about your relationship tomorrow itself.]

" Hey bhagwan...Mohini mujhe unka nam tak nhi pata " Nandini nodded in disbelief.

[oh my god Mohini I don't his even no his name]

" Unka ..Ohhoo.. Koi bat nhi vaise bhi hamare yaha pati ka naam nhi lete" Mohini smirked proudly while Nandini looked at her not believing that she could be this insane.

[ No worries anyways we don't take our husbands name]

" Accha ..sara din Raj ji ..Raj ji karti firti ho fir bolti ho ki hamare yaha koi naam nhi leta " Nandini smirked sarcastically.

[Well .. the whole day you keep on saying Raj ji.. Raj ji and then you say that no one takes the name here]

" Haa a-b - toh hamari shadi kaha hui hai abhi .. Nandu ab bat mat ghumao".  Mohini got up and sulked like a child.

[ So umm We aren't married yet  and Nandu don't beat around the bush]

" Accha chalo ye hi bata do kaise dikhte hai tumhare vo" Mohini said elbowing Nandini who was done with the conversation.

[Okay then at least tell me , what does he look like.]

" Bata bhi do ab"

[Come on tell me now ]

Finally giving up Nandini sat upright looking at the moon with a lovely smile. 

" Vo aise dikhte hai jaise mano abhi hamare kitabo se bahar nikal ke aaye ho" 

[ He looks like he just came out of our novels]

" Romance novels jaise?" Mohini whispered in her ears and Nandini nodded coyly tucking the loose strand of her hair at the back of her ear. [ Romance novels type?].
