Upon her arrival back at camp she was quickly swooped up by Croy who kissed her lovingly full of relieve''gosh your here...god your alright''he whispered as he looked at her relieved only to quickly turn to panic as her eyes fluttered shut and her body turned unresponsive

For two days darce remained with David's parents who healed her and patched her up. Healing the bruises and stitching the cuts while making the burns turn into only soft scars

For two days David parents made her laugh and showed her the love of a parent wich she only felt once years ago when her mother still lived

''Separate ways go run hon''David's mother shouted making darce nod and rush into the forest behind the house seperating ways as she ran past trees ignoring the strain in her body

a fist smashed into her chest as she ran past a tree so harshly she was thrown onto the ground out of breath wheezing for air while crawling backwards as her eyes fell on a brown man in a blue suit

Just as he was about to grab her she kicked him in the balls and headbutted him before scattering up and running away quickly as she avoided tree after tree while hearing loud cracks of branches breaking behind her

Her breathing came out in pants as she ran as quick as she could afraid she would lose her freedom once more

Afraid she would lose the freedom she had only had a taste off

Afraid to lose the dream she was living

Her running came to a stop when she came to the egde of a cliff making her gasp and stumble backwards before hearing footsteps stopping

''Just give up girl we both know you wont jump''the soldier said making her look between him and the river before swallowing as she looked at him with a weak smile

''i forgive you''she said softly knowing he could no control himself as she looked at him before she turned around and jumped off the cliff rather dying then losing her freedom

Darce laid on the side of the river staring at the sky above so beautiful so peaceful when her eyes fell on David and tally making her close her eyes signing as her moment of peace faded away and turned into fear. Panic and Desperation

Fear her freedom would turn into capture

Panic she would lose her bestfriends and the boy she had grown to like

Desperation to save them from the fate they were now put upon

And so she pushed herself up and set foot towards the city knowing that her found family awaited her in capture
