Mary was brewing herself a cup of tea in the kitchen of the Kudo Manor silently, with Shukichi still out on a date with Yumi, while Shuichi wanted to talk to Jodie somewhere private.

Mary glanced at the kitchen's door before she poured a second cup, carried the plate and went to the living room.

"Your senses are better this time, Agent Sera.", Vermouth smirked once she saw the second cup from where she sat on the couch in the living room, "Though I wonder why you didn't shoot me.".

"And ruin my niece's love life indirectly?", Mary asked rhetorically as she took her cup and sat on a chair before she glared at Vermouth, "Though I'd love to do so because of what you did to me.".

"So, you figured it out.", Vermouth commented as she took the cup.

"Your husband's jealousy at how you shrunk me with your daughter's appearance was an instant giveaway.", Mary shrugged before she sipped her tea, "Now I see how you were capable of appearing as both Chris and Sharon Vineyard in one place.".

"Nina is talented as me, and she might surpass me someday, so it was no pushover for her to fool the public. Or is it considered fooling since she is truly my daughter?", Vermouth said with a proud smile, something that Mary never thought she would ever see on Vermouth's face.

"I'm sure you didn't come here to speak with me about this though.", Mary said seriously.

"Indeed, I suppose since we will be working together against one enemy in FAUSD, I thought I should speak to you about some matters privately.", Vermouth nodded with a serious look on her face.

"So, you were seen using your powers?", Wakasa asked Daisuke slowly from where she sat on the couch, with Daisuke sitting next to her.

"Don't worry Kaasan, only my friends did and Kazumi, and they haven't said a word.", Daisuke assured her with a smile.

"And who is this Kazumi?", Wakasa asked as she flipped the tv channels, her eyes not even looking at Daisuke.

"She's a friend. Same age but a year ahead of us in school. Former Karate Club Captain before Ran defeated her.", Daisuke explained before he smiled as he remembered Kazumi, "And she is very strong, nice, and pretty too. But I don't think she believes that because of her tomboy attitude.".

Wakasa glanced at Daisuke when he said those words for a second before looking back towards the tv.

"Don't ever use your powers again, no matter what.", She finally spoke again.

Daisuke frowned, "I told you Kaasan, I only used my powers to help people when I had no other-".

"I said... don't ever use your powers again.", Wakasa stressed before she glared at Daisuke, "That's an order not a request.".

Daisuke glared back at his mother before he backed away and got off the couch, "Goodnight Kaasan.", He said in a low voice before he went upstairs to his room.

Once Daisuke was out of earshot, Wakasa let out a heavy sigh as she rubbed the bridge of her nose.

"Like father like son, I suppose.", She mumbled before she continued flipping through the channels.

Daisuke lied in his bed before he picked up his phone and dialed a number.

"Hello?".

"Kazumi.", he smiled once he heard her voice.

"D-Daisuke?!", Kazumi cried in disbelief, "How did you get my phone number?!".

"I asked Ran. Why? Does that bother you?", He asked genuinely.
