As the city settled from yet another hero battle, All Might stood atop a skyscraper, overlooking Musutafu. His keen eyes scanned the horizon, searching for any signs of trouble. But in the midst of the quiet, a familiar distortion rippled through the air behind him.

"All Might, long time no see!"

The booming voice sent a chill through All Might's spine. He spun around, fists clenched, only to see that familiar triangular figure hovering nonchalantly in front of him—Bill Cipher.

"Cipher..." All Might's voice was firm, his eyes narrowing. "What do you want this time? More chaos? More destruction?"

Bill chuckled, floating lazily as if he didn't have a care in the world. "Oh, relax, Mr. Punch-First-Ask-Questions-Later! I'm not here for chaos. Actually, I'm here to brag a little!"

All Might's expression didn't soften. "Brag? About what?"

Bill leaned in, his one eye gleaming with mischief. "Remember that little chat we had about me wanting to change? About me playing the 'good guy' for a change?"

All Might said nothing, his silence heavy with skepticism.

"Well, guess what? I *did* something nice! I made a deal with a quirkless kid—adorable little guy, full of hope but no powers to back it up. So, I gave him a quirk. Not just any quirk—super speed! Sonic-the-Hedgehog-level speed. Isn't that what you heroes are all about? Helping the powerless?" Bill grinned widely. "You're welcome."

All Might's face darkened as he processed Bill's words. "You gave a child power? What kind of trick is this?"

Bill twirled in the air, looking almost offended. "No trick! No strings attached. I just gave him the power he wanted. And in return, all I asked was the chance to show that maybe, just *maybe*, I could be a good guy too."

All Might crossed his arms, his gaze unflinching. "Why should I believe you? You've caused more chaos than any villain I've faced. How do I know this isn't part of some twisted game?"

Bill sighed dramatically, floating upside down. "Ugh, you're always so serious! Look, I get it—you don't trust me. Fine! But you're always going on about second chances, right? This kid—what's his name, Deku or something?—he's got big dreams of becoming a hero. And now he can actually chase them, thanks to me."

All Might's eyes widened at the mention of the name. "Deku? Izuku Midoriya?" He hadn't heard the name in a long time, but he remembered the hopeful boy from one of his public appearances.

Bill smirked, spinning back upright. "Yep, that's the one. He's faster than you now, and it's all thanks to little old me."

All Might remained silent for a long moment, his mind racing. He didn't trust Bill Cipher, not even for a second, but if what he said was true... Izuku was an innocent child. If Bill really had given him power, that changed things.

"You may have helped him," All Might said cautiously, "but if I find out you've harmed that boy, I won't hesitate to stop you—hero or not."

Bill raised his hands in mock surrender. "Oh, please! I'm on the straight and narrow now. And anyway, I think you'll find this little experiment of mine quite... enlightening."

With that, Bill snapped his fingers and began to fade from view, his voice echoing as he disappeared into the ether. "Keep an eye on your new speedster, All Might. He might surprise you. And so might I."

All Might stood there, tension still heavy in his shoulders. Bill Cipher claimed to be helping, but in his experience, deals with demons never ended well.

And now, a quirkless boy named Izuku Midoriya was involved.
