High above the schoolyard, Bill Cipher floated invisibly, watching the scene unfold below with glee. His one eye widened as he saw Bakugo's growing frustration and Izuku effortlessly dodging every attack.

Bill's triangular form shuddered with laughter, his voice echoing in the empty air. "Oh, this is priceless! The little firecracker thought he could bully the kid, and now he can't even keep up. I knew making a deal with that quirkless runt was going to be entertaining, but this? This is beyond my wildest expectations!"

Bill twirled in the air, his voice dripping with amusement. "Deku's turning the tables on everyone now! I can't wait to see how this plays out in the long run."

Satisfied with the spectacle, Bill snapped his fingers and vanished, leaving nothing but a lingering chuckle in the wind.

A few days later, Izuku found himself back at the quirk doctor's office. The excitement from his schoolyard victory still buzzed in his mind, but now he was more focused on what the doctor had to say about his new abilities. He sat on the examination table, his mom by his side, her hand gently resting on his shoulder.

The doctor, adjusting his glasses and looking over Izuku's latest test results, seemed deep in thought. His brows furrowed as he flipped through the charts, comparing the data.

"So, Doc... what do you think?" Inko asked, her voice tinged with concern.

The doctor sighed, standing up and turning toward them. "Well, this is quite an unusual case. As I mentioned during your last visit, young Midoriya was diagnosed quirkless. However, after running further tests, I can confirm that what we're seeing now is, in fact, a speed quirk."

Izuku felt his heart lift. He knew he had a quirk now, but hearing the official confirmation still sent a wave of relief through him. "So, I really do have a quirk?"

The doctor nodded but raised a finger. "Yes, but this isn't just any speed quirk. What you possess is an advanced form—a highly evolved version of a standard speed quirk. Most individuals with speed quirks can accelerate to certain levels, but your body seems capable of handling far more intense speeds than any typical quirk of its kind."

Inko's eyes widened in surprise. "Evolved? What does that mean for Izuku?"

The doctor smiled kindly. "It means that his quirk has manifested in a way that exceeds the limits of most speed quirks. His body is naturally equipped to handle extreme velocities without the strain that would normally harm someone. In other words, he's faster than most people with speed quirks, and his abilities could develop even further with training."

Izuku blinked in amazement. "So, I'm not just fast—I'm *really* fast?"

"Precisely," the doctor confirmed. "With the right guidance, you may even surpass the limits of known speedsters. But be careful, Izuku. This kind of power comes with risks. Pushing yourself too far too fast could still have dangerous consequences. You'll need to learn control."

Inko let out a breath of relief, smiling down at her son. "Izuku, did you hear that? You really do have something special."

Izuku nodded, a wide grin spreading across his face. "Yeah, Mom, I heard." His mind raced with excitement. He wasn't quirkless anymore, and now he had a chance to chase his dream of becoming a hero.

But in the back of his mind, he couldn't help but think of Bill Cipher and the deal they made. There had to be more to it than just gaining a quirk. What was Bill really after?

For now, though, he was content. He was fast—faster than he had ever imagined. And he was ready to prove that speed could make him a hero.
