As the excitement of the day faded, Izuku and Shadow found themselves at home, each immersed in thoughts about their futures. Meanwhile, in a hidden office of the Hero Safety Commission, a familiar figure appeared—Bill Cipher, looking more serious than ever.
"Listen," Bill began, leaning over the desk where several officials sat, "I know I've made my fair share of mistakes. But I helped take down that sludge villain! I deserve a second chance."
The officials exchanged skeptical glances, the tension palpable. One of them, a stern-looking woman with glasses, spoke up. "You showed impressive power today, but your past actions have left a stain on your reputation. Why should we trust you?"
Bill straightened, determination gleaming in his eye. "Because I can be a hero! I have the potential, but I need the right guidance. If you let me into UA, I can prove I'm more than just chaos!"
The officials leaned back in their chairs, considering his words. After a moment, the head of the commission nodded slowly. "If you can secure a spot at UA, we'll be willing to overlook your past. With the right training and mentorship, you could channel your abilities for good. But you'll have to work hard to earn that trust."
Bill grinned, a spark of hope igniting within him. "You won't regret it! Just give me the chance to show you what I can do!"
The woman adjusted her glasses, her expression softening slightly. "Very well. We'll notify UA of your interest. But remember, this is your last chance. If you falter, there will be consequences."
"Understood!" Bill replied, his enthusiasm infectious. "I won't let you down!"
As Bill left the office, he felt a wave of exhilaration wash over him. He was one step closer to achieving his goal of becoming a hero. He envisioned how he would impress everyone at UA, especially Izuku and Shadow.
Meanwhile, Izuku and Shadow were preparing for their own UA applications. They were both filled with excitement and nerves, eagerly discussing their plans.
"What do you think our chances are?" Izuku asked, glancing at the application forms spread out on the table.
Shadow shrugged, his expression focused. "If we keep training hard and stay determined, we'll get in. Plus, we'll be competing against each other. That'll only make us stronger."
Just then, a commotion outside caught their attention. They rushed to the window to see Bill standing outside, beaming and waving at them.
"Guys! Guess what? I just got the green light to apply for UA!" Bill shouted, his enthusiasm spilling over.
Izuku blinked in surprise. "You? Really?"
Shadow raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued. "What happened?"
"I made a deal with the Safety Commission! They're giving me a second chance as long as I get into hero school!" Bill declared, his eyes shining with ambition.
Izuku felt a mix of emotions. On one hand, he was excited for Bill, but on the other, he was wary. "Are you sure you're ready for that?"
Bill smirked, confidence radiating from him. "Absolutely! With a little chaos and some guidance, I'll be a hero in no time!"
Shadow crossed his arms, considering Bill's words. "Just remember, Bill, being a hero is about more than just power. It's about responsibility and making the right choices."
"I know, I know!" Bill waved dismissively. "I'll be the best chaotic hero you've ever seen!"
Izuku chuckled, shaking his head. "Well, if you're serious about it, I'll support you. We can all grow stronger together."
With that, the three of them stood together, united in their aspirations. As they prepared for their applications to UA, each one fueled by their own goals, they knew that the path ahead would be filled with challenges. But with determination and the strength of their friendship, they were ready to face whatever came their way.
