The next few days passed without me noticing much of them, because I was kept busy from morning till night. Violet, who was preparing me for my role as head of the witches on behalf of my father, a role that I now had to finally accept after my wedding; Jungkook, who wanted to train our powers with me so that we could synchronize them better; Jin and Mike, who were always at each other's throats while planning the wedding menu; Sophie, who needed my guidance; and the game of hide and seek with Hoseok, who tried to avoid me. All of this was getting on my nerves and more than once I snapped at someone unfairly when I was overwhelmed by it all and then was spoken to about it. I teleported Nicky out into the garden more than once, San and Wooyoung ended up in the attic, Yeosang in the shower that Seonghwa was already in, Mingi was chased by a projected beetle the size of a German shepherd, while I sent Jongho's cell phone into the garden pond. The BTS members and Hongjoong were smart enough not to annoy me too much and got away without major incidents. Yuchan seemed to have retreated into research again, because I didn't see him all week, though Violet informed me that he was probably buried in old books in his family library, but the fact that he didn't even reply to my messages hurt me a little. Actually, I would have needed my best friend right now.

"Kookie, Sophie is training with us," I informed my fiancé three days before our wedding.

"That makes sense when we train telekinesis," he agreed. I had let him in on Sophie's secret because I trusted him.

"Thank you for taking care of me," said Sophie, who had entered behind me, smiling shyly. She had stopped wearing contact lenses and dyed her hair back to its natural black color, nobody had found it suspicious, everyone thought she just wanted to try a new style without knowing that she was no longer in disguise and that this was not a new style, but her true self. I thought she was so much prettier, but she also reminded me of someone, but I couldn't figure out who. Since she was from the future and had the same father as Beomie, I looked for similarities in her to Jungkook... because the one I really had to marry was Beomie's father and therefore also Sophie's father, but I couldn't find the similarities between them. I also secretly compared her to Hobi, but I couldn't find anything with him either. But I definitely found one thing: we now shared a closer bond, I wanted to protect her and was glad that she was now living here with us.

"Okay... let's get started then." Jungkook grinned at us and then let a ball fly towards us.

"Catch it with your powers, Sophie," I called to her, but instead she raised her hands to protect her face and fell onto her bottom in shock.

"You have to let your magic flow and then reach out for it," Jungkook explained to her patiently, while I chuckled at her expression as she stood up and rubbed her bottom.

"When the ball flies towards you, you have to reach for it with your powers and not with your hands," I said, and she nodded.

"I'll try." She bit her lower lip nervously and the ball flew towards her again.

"Let go of your magic," I called, whereupon she closed her eyes briefly. But instead of stopping the ball, Jin and Mike appeared right in front of her, kissed passionately, but drew back in shock when the ball hit them on the head. I didn't know what shocked me more, catching the two squabblers kissing, or the fact that Sophie could now teleport too.
