kelsey pregnant with her daughter gianna at 15 was left to raise her alone. abandoned by the baby's father and her parents. now she's a pro basketball player who's force to miss half of her daughters life being on the road.
"BOW BOW BOW BOW" we yelled walking into the locker room. game 1 is a DUBBB.
"yall we murdered them ian lying" tiff said.
"yeah but i don't know what's going on with me. it's like i can't make anything" i said sitting down. i put my face in my hands.
"it's okay kels everyone has bad games" queen said.
"yeah but it's playoffs i can't be having bad games like this" i said quickly.
"okay baby stop it. your fine it's normal your just nervous" jackie said moving my hands.
i changed out of my jersey and gigi came in.
"girl you better start knocking" kiah said.
"ohh sorry i just wanted my mom" she mumbled.
"d*** you ain't have to be rude" i said.
"i wasn't trying to be mean i was just saying".
"look we just want you to knock just incase someone's yk naked lol. your 15 you don't need to see nun of that" i said.
"but we got the same thing" she said.
"yeah but we're grown women so we got stuff that may be a little different from yours" i said.
"okay im sorry i'll knock" she said.
"thank you baby. will you go help becky get the balls while i finish up ?" i asked and she smiled and nodded. she ran out the door making me smile.
"kels are you okay ?" chelsea asked.
"im fine.. i played like sh** and almost cost us the game & kiah was rude as h*ll to my child so yeah im fine" i said.
"i wasn't even rude i just said she need to start knocking".
"yeah and you could've asked her or even told her nicely. but okay bruh im not finna argue with yo a**" i said grabbing my stuff.
"kelsey you should come out with us.. you need to let loose" syd said.
"im good guys thanks tho. i gotta get my daughter home" i told them.
"bye guys" i said as jackie and i walked out.
"mama you okay ?? it's not just about how you played it's more than that" she asked.
"im fine im just stressed but as long as i get some sleep i'll be better tomorrow" i said.
"gigi come on" i said lightly. she ran over to me and grabbed my hand and we walked to my car.
"i'll drive" jackie said taking my car keys.
after getting home i showered and brushed my teeth & then i went to check on gigi. she had just gotten into bed.
"goodnight baby.. i love you" i smiled at her.
"night mommy i love you more" she said making me smile.
i smiled at her and then turned to go out the door.
"mommy ?" gigi said.
"yess my love ?" i answered.
"im proud of you. ik your not happy with your performance but you still played your hardest and you never gave up" she said making me smile harder.
the way my heart just jump with happiness. i just love my little creation and everything about her makes me happy and makes me love being a mom.
"aww thank you baby. that means so much" i said hugging her. i kissed her goodnight and walked back to my room where jackie was in bed.
"hey.. dont be to hard on yourself mama it happens. your gonna be amazing on tuesday" she said.
"thank you my love" i smiled.
"ofc i love you and im proud of you" she told me.
"i love you more sexy" i said as we kissed.
i got laid my head on her chest & she rubbed my temples which felt so good cus i got a headache.

"thank you for taking me to target" i said to jada as she pulled up to my moms house.
"ofc your my bestie" she said making me smile.
"okay make sure you record and send us her reaction okay ?" she said.
"i will" i smiled as i got out. we said goodbye to each other and i walked inside.
my mom was really down about how she played in the first game of playoffs so i decided to get her flowers and a little gift basket to cheer her up.
she has no idea and im so excited to see her reaction. mama knows and she's gonna make sure to record.
i walked upstairs to my room and showered cus they are gonna be home in minute now. after my shower i walked to the kitchen to wait. about 10 minutes later i heard them come inside.
"nah she was definitely rude about it" mama said as they walked in.
"exactly like listen to your tone -
"surprise" i yelled making my mom stare and me. she shook her head and laughed.
"aww what is this ?" she asked as i handed her the flowers and gift basket.
"well you've been so down lately about the game so i thought this would cheer you up cus i hate seeing you sad" i said as she rubbed my face.
"omg i love it baby.. thank you" she said hugging me tightly.

"no cus i really have been stressed out. this really lightened my mood i appreciate it and you so much my baby" she said as she wiped her tears.
"ofc.. i would do anything for you mommy" i said as i held onto her tightly.
"i love you forever baby girl" she whispered.

i saw mama recording and she nodded at me.
"SO CUTE" mama yelled making us giggle.
my mom set her phone up and opened it on camera. the look on her face tells me she loves and is very grateful.
that's what it's about cus ik that my mom go through things but she gotta be strong and pretend to be okay for me and now she knows she doesn't have too do that.
i love seeing her happy and smiling cus she deserves the world and more and i want me and mama to be able to give her that.
