I Can't Fall Asleep/ Happy Birthday (part 2)

It was the morning of Branch's birthday! All of BroZone was awake, except for one brother.

"Good morning, guys!" Floyd said, walking out of his room while yawning.

"Good morning, brother! I hope you slept well last night, 'cause it's a big day for us!" JD tried his best not to shout out of excitement.

"Wait... Where's the birthday boy?" Floyd asked and sat on the table, where his coffee was waiting for him.

"Sleeping with his sleeping beauty.😆" Clay teased, as he took a sip of his coffee.

"Yeah, he still hasn't woken up, which is strange. He is usually up by now!" Bruce added. Light footsteps were heard towards the kitchen.

"Good morning, guys." A pink Troll with messy hair, still in her pajamas went to the table and sat with the brothers.

"Good morning, Poppyseed! Is Branch awake?" JD asked the Queen as he got up and made her coffee too.

"No, he's still sleeping. Probably because we woke him up last night." As Poppy yawned, a cup of coffee was put in front of her. "Thanks, John."

"Anyways why is your hair so messy? I've never seen it like that before!" Clay teased her as he saw Poppy chocking at her coffee.

"Clay! Has Viva never told I look like this every morning because I twist in my sleep? Huh?!?😑 " Poppy was a bit angry at Clay's question. "And this isn't a mature book! The author doesn't want this kind of content! Even though she wrote that question... But whatever!"

"Okay! Okay! Geez!" Clay wished he never asked her this question.

"ANYWAYS! So,Poppy, let me get this straight. You want US to decorate Branch's birthday party, while YOU distract him?" JD was a bit nervous since he has never decorated a party before.

"Yup! And don't worry! I told the Snack Pack to help you guys, since I know some of you might not know how to plan a party!" Poppy was already having too much energy, before even drinking her coffee.

"Alright then. Since Branch is going to wake up soon we better get rea-" Bruce was cut off by a teal Troll, who's hair was also messy.

"Get, *yawns* ready for what?" That Troll was Branch. He had just woken up but thankfully he didn't hear his family's conversation.

"Good morning, Bitty B! A-And nothing we were just talking! That's al-OW!" John was kicked under the table from his second youngest brother Floyd.

"Yeahhh, nothing! Just family business!😁" Floyd added as he took a sip from his coffee.

"Branchifer! Happy birthday, love!🩵" Poppy stood up from her chair and hugged Branch tightly. "I love you!"

"Thanks, Pops, and I love you too.🩷" Branch kissed Poppy's head as he hugged her back. When Branch let go of Poppy's hug and sat on her place. He then started drinking her coffee, knowing she has enough energy.

"So, umm Branch, me and our brothers have to do something outside!" John spoke up as he stood up from his place. "Right guys?"

"Yeah!" The 3 brothers answered as they stood up from their places and fixed their chairs. "We have, ummm to ummmm, drive Clay to Put Put village to go get s-some stuff! Yeah!" Floyd said, as he walked towards the bunker's elevator.

"Yeah! See you Branch! And Poppy! Byeee!" Bruce shoved all of his brothers inside and they went up the elevator.

"Ok? Bye?" Branch waved and turned around to see Poppy smiling at him. "I guess it's just the two of us now?😃"

"Yeah... Do you wanna make breakfast?😊" Poppy asked as she grabbed the flour.

"Sure! What are we making?☺" Branch hugged Poppy from behind and kissed her head. "How about pancakes?"

"Everything for the sweetest Troll of all. 🩵"
