Chapter 4

Kianna Vien POV

"Good morning mom." masiglang bati ko sa mommy ko na abala sa pagluluto. I hug her tight from the back and kissed her cheeks.

"Good morning to you too my princess." nakangiting bati din nito sakin. My mom and I are very close, we lived in Australia for almost thirteen years and just came back here in Philippines a week ago.

"How's school princess?" she sweetly asked and I just smile widely because of her question. I'm not crazy okay? I just remember my new mute friend, she's mute but cute. Rhyme right?

"School is so nice mom. Bakit kasi ngayon lang tayo umuwi?"

"I don't know either, Come on let's eat." napa-pout na lang ako sa naging sagot ni mom. Maybe its dad's decision?

"Where's ate mom?" tanong ko dahil weekend ngayon and I haven't seen her since I woke up.

"Company." simpleng sagot nito. Aww? Ate deserves rest too. I feel pity for her and that's the reason why I don't want to follow dad's order.

Pero pagdating naman sakin lahat sinusunod niya kaya feeling ko ang unfair ko kay ate.

"We have family dinner later princess." mom said that makes me look at her. Family dinner? Sound strange but I just nod, as if I have a choice?

"Where?" I curiously asked.

"Somewhere I don't know too because I just came home with you last week right?" eh? Since when did my mom learn this sarcastic side of her?

"I don't want to talk anymore mom." reklamo ko. "Anyway mom I'm planning to go to the mall after eating will you come with me?" Gusto ko kasing maglibot dito and shopping of course. Shopping is life, right?

"I would love to but I can't. I'm planning to visit your dad today princess." oh edi sana all may lovelife. Tama ba? Sana all ba yun? I just heard it from one of the students in university.

"Okiee."

After eating sabay kaming umalis ni mom ng bahay, she didn't let me walk alone so I'm with my two body guards. I can take care of myself but I can't complain with mom's order. Naglakad lang ako ng naglakad hanggang sa makarating ako sa shop ng branded bags and one item caught my attention but I  won't buy it for myself. Napangiti ako nang maalala ko ang mukha ng kapatid kong addict sa bags.

Pagkatapos kong bumili ng lahat ng gusto ko ay naisipan kong itry ang jollibee kasi narinig ko sa mga students sa university na masarap daw ang chicken dito. Habang naglalakad papasok sa loob ng jollibee ay may nakabanggaan ako.

"What the fork?!" malakas na bulalas ko dahil feeling ko humiwalay ang kaluluwa ko sa katawan ko sa lakas ng impact ng pagkakabanggaan namin.

"Kianna? Oh shit. I'm sorry hindi kasi ako nakatingin sa dinadaanan ko eh." I furrowed my brows when I recognize the face of the person that I bumped in.

"Zaire??"

"Uh-huh? What are you doing here?" tanong pa nito.

"Restaurant ito diba?" I sarcastically asked that made her laugh.

"Kakain ka dito?" gulat pa na tanong nito.

"May footspa ba sa loob??" tanong ko pa. This girl is really opposite of Thirdy.

"Aiissh! Okay okay." she said and raised her both hands. "I'll leave you here now, just take care of yourself." paalam nito and I just give her a nod.

Cute si Zaire jolly and easy to get along unlike Thirdy who's mute but smart and serious but she saved me. That's the reason why I prefer to be with Thirdy rather than Zaire.
