the day started with ddot and star's usual antics, only this time, the camera was rolling the whole time as they committed to doing a 24-hour livestream. fans had been waiting for this one, and neither star nor ddot planned to disappoint.
the camera clicked on, already set up in their room, catching them both just waking up. star was still wrapped up in the covers, her hair a mess, while ddot sat up groggily, rubbing his eyes. their banter started right away.
"y'all, we lookin' rough," ddot chuckled, his voice hoarse from sleep as he glanced at the camera. "we gotta freshen up for y'all, can't be looking busted the whole time."
star groaned, still half-asleep, pulling the covers over her head. "stoppp, i ain't even ready for people to see me like this," she mumbled.
ddot smirked, already planning to mess with her as they both rolled out of bed. they stumbled into the bathroom, still yawning. as star grabbed her toothbrush and squeezed out some toothpaste, she immediately dodged out of the camera's view.
ddot shook his head, laughing at her antics. "look at her, y'all," he said, directing the camera to her empty spot. "she really hates brushing her teeth on camera for no reason"
star leaned her head out from behind the bathroom door, a playful scowl on her face. "because it's weird, leave me alone," she said, waving her toothbrush at him like a weapon.
ddot wasn't having it, though. "nah, y'all gotta see this," he teased, picking up the camera to follow her. she quickly spun around, hiding her face and yelling, "stopppp, bro! you so annoying!"
he laughed harder, finally putting the camera back down on the sink so it only showed him. "ion even know what to tell y'all," he said, brushing his teeth casually. "this my life. she actin' all shy now, but just wait till later."
star poked her head out from the side, finally done brushing. "don't take too long," she teased, smirking, and ddot looked at her with a knowing grin.
"yeah, yeah," he said, mouth full of toothpaste. "don't *you* take too long in the shower. you know how you get."
"i don't even take that long, stop playin'," star scoffed, rolling her eyes.
"aight, bet. watch how long she take, y'all," ddot said, turning back to the camera with a raised eyebrow as star disappeared into the bathroom.
one hour later, ddot was still sitting in front of the camera, shaking his head and grinning like he knew all along. "what did i say?" he asked, leaning into the camera. "she said she don't take long. y'all... it's been an hour."
he kicked back, running his mouth to entertain the audience while star was in the bathroom. "man, i don't even know how y'all girls do it. y'all be taking showers like y'all in a spa or somethin'. me? five minutes and i'm out."
the comments started rolling in, making fun of ddot tryna call him dirty as he got offended.
"bro can yall chill? i dont literally take 5 minutes obviously im just saying i dont take foreverrr" he emphasised on the word forever as he sucked his teeth reading out another comment.
"thats why you dirty as fuck and you need a retwist. alright bro" ddot rolled his eyes as they comments flooded with laughing emojis and more people coming at ddot.
finally, star stepped out of the bathroom, fully dressed, hair done, makeup bag in hand. she looked like a whole new person compared to how she looked when they woke up. "okay, okay, i'm done," she said, walking over to her vanity.
ddot turned the camera towards her, unable to hold back a smile. "you look so beautiful," he said, and you could hear the sincerity in his voice.
star blushed a little, glancing at the camera. "thank you, bae," she replied as she sat down at her vanity and started unpacking her makeup.
