"WHAT THE HELL?" yelled Gee, as she flew the helicopter through the air. She had landed and let the kids go, then was on her way back to grab more. But as she flew through the air, she saw about one hundred zombies headed in the direction of where the original explosion was.

She tried her radio again but didn't have much luck. If she could alert the unit, they could redirect their efforts to this location.

As the helicopter flew parallel to the forest, she thought about it. What could she do? If they couldn't hear her, they might see her.

She checked her fuel gauge and then finished her pass. She turned around and then headed to the region where the zombies were.

Originally, she was going to aim at where that blast had come from, but instead, she decided to aim for where the zombies were. She did her first pass. Then she circled around them, again and again.

She patiently waited until the rest of the unit noticed what she was doing. One curious unit member flew close to her, then noticed the zombies. They too started following her back and forth.

They hoped that this would work, that the planes could be diverted to drop their bombs here instead.

She raised her fist in the air and shook it. "Come on, idiots!"

"Gee, is that you?" She heard a garbled message come over the radio.

"Redirect to my position! The zombies are here!"

"Roger that," the voice said.

She saw an airplane head in her direction. She kept on circling, then lifted up and away to give them the space to fly.

The first bomb dropped, exactly where she wanted.

"Yes!" she cried, raising her fist back up in the sky and shaking it.

Soon afterward, the sky was busy with airplanes dropping bombs on the zombies. More came.

Gee was glad that tonight was a full moon, and the skies were clear, so that her helicopter lights had been seen by the other pilot, and that she'd finally gotten through to their leader.

"Humans are congregating in the south, stay away," said the command as it came in through her radio.

"Roger that," she replied.

She did a pass over the southern part of the campus. There were no zombies here. They must have come from the city on the north side.

That was good news. It meant that the first explosion had pulled the zombies away from where they had been hiding.

She wondered if they could do that again? It might be an idea worth pursuing, to help clear out the rest of Manila.
