"and i've been meaning to tell you , i think your house is haunted
your dad is always mad and that must be why."
the young couple had been going strong. 3 months later and everyone knew about them. life was better for them, avery and jenny were loving their new home and mr. blake still kept his word.
finney and avery lay side by side in the grass below the fallen tree. the lakes had become even more of a regular hangout spot for them. they just enjoyed going to lay in silence, just enjoying the other's presence.
the grabber was dead, the police had covered everything and all the past victims had finally been buried in the cemetery. finn and avery were regular visitors there. they would often go to talk with both robin and noah. although, they would never have a conversation again with them, they just liked sitting there and telling them stories.
avery missed her friend and her brother, but she had finney.
gwenny was doing great, she was excelling in school and she loved having avery opposite to play with.
that concludes our little story, with a picture of two kids, laying side by side, happy, safe and free...
