ABBY

After a little bit Kelsey, Zoe, Finneas and Claudia find us again. And they even brought back a few people. 

"Abby, Kelsey, these are our friends Ricky, Nat, Alex, Quen and Odessa" Billie introduces us. 

We all say hi and they sit down and hangout for a bit. 

"You're Nat and Alex Wolff, right?" I ask them and they nod smiling at me. "I used to watch you guys on Nickelodeon as a kid! on The Naked Brothers Band!"

"Oh my god you remember that?! Seems like barely anyone does these days, that's awesome dude!" Alex says and high fives me. "Yeah, Kelsey wasn't as cool as me, she probably didn't watch it". I say with a smirk. "Hey, I knew about the show! I just didn't watch it!" She defends herself laughing causing everyone else to laugh as well. 

 Suddenly we hear the familiar sound of Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter playing. 

Kelsey and I look at each other with the biggest grin on our faces. "Cmon it's our song we have to dance!" Kelsey says excitedly and pulls me up from my spot next to Billie. We head to the dance floor and look back to see Claudia, Quen and Odessa on their way to join us. 

"I'M WORKING LATE CAUSE I'M A SINGER-" We sing along and dance with each other. 

We decide to dance for a few more songs because we were having a great time. Quen and Odessa seem really cool. I watch Quen's videos all the time and she's just as funny in person as she is in her videos. 

Eventually we head back to the others, and I see a random person took my spot. I frown and look around to see if there's another spot available, there isn't. 

"Here dude, just sit on my lap" Billie chuckles taking my hand pulling me onto her lap. 

"Oh, Okay" I only manage to get out as she wraps her arm around my waist to keep me from sliding off. 

"Only if you're comfortable" she says to me. "I'm comfortable it's okay" I give her a smile. 

I look over at Kelsey and see her already smirking back at me. She winks at me making me jokingly roll my eyes for what seems like the hundredth time today. 

Eventually Quen and Odessa have to find the friends they came with, Nat and Alex have to leave and the rest, I don't even know where they went. So much for the buddy system we had Kelsey! Haha.

So that leaves Billie and me.

"I guess we ended up being buddies tonight" Billie says breaking me out of my thoughts. I turn around, still in her lap. " I guess so" I say with a smile. 

"You're so pretty" she whispers. "Like, not even just dressed up like you are tonight. I thought you were pretty the moment I walked into the cafe. Just thought you should know that". 

If the lights weren't so low in here, she'd definitely notice how red my face is right now. I look down at my hands in my lap. "Thank you" I barely get out. 

She places her index finger under my chin and lifts my head up so I'm looking at her. 

Abby, what did we say about having more confidence with her! Cmon girl you can do it! 

"You're so pretty too. I've thought that from the moment I discovered your music" 

"Thank you, mamas," she says in a whisper before slowly leaning in closer to me. 

"Can I kiss you?" She asks like she even has to. 

I nod and she leans in even more connecting her lips to mine.
