ABBY

"So, do you suck at every game you play?" Zoe asks as I walk back to our seats at the bowling alley after my turn. I've gotten the ball in the gutter more times than I'd like to admit.

"I'm actually pretty good at Uno. But I suggest we don't play because that game ruins friendships and I'm enjoying this one so far" I respond. 

We got to the bowling alley around 1:30 and have been playing for about 2 hours. 

Billie walks up to get her ball since it's her turn now and plays her turn. She's actually pretty good! which sucks because this morning her and I made a bet and whoever loses owes the other person $20. I make a mental note to send her $20 later. 

"YES!" Billie screams. "Another strike! Abby get that money ready because I want it by the end of the dayyy!" She cheers and does a little dance. 

I roll my eyes and smile. Things between us are pretty normal today. I think she's actually taking this friends thing seriously and I'm okay with that. When she's ready to be involved with someone in anyway she said she'd let me know. 

"You're not winning Bil, you see that name with the higher score than you?" Finneas turns her around towards the screen and points. "What does that say? Oh right! Finneas". She pulls away from him and rolls her eyes. "I don't need to beat everyone. Just Abby. She wanted to bet she'd beat me today so I just wanna beat her and prove her wrong" She smirks. 

"Yeah, yeah yeah you're better" I mumble. "Aww is someone a sore loser?" She fake pouts and walks over to me and pulling me into a hug. I lightly push her away jokingly and she laughs. 

"Okay okay don't make her feel bad" Kelsey speaks up from her seat next to Claudia. "It's not her fault she sucks" she says making Claudia laugh. 

We end up leaving the bowling alley an hour later and decide to get something to eat. 

"I want Taco Bell" Billie says from the driver's seat. Finneas and Claudia are in Finn's car and Billie, Zoe, Kelsey and I are in Billie's car. "Me too!" Kelsey says from the back seat beside me. "Taco bell sounds so good right now" Zoe agrees and I agree with them also. Billie calls Finneas and tells him to meet us at Taco Bell. 

We get there and we all pile out of the car. "What does everyone want? I can put in a mobile order. Don't worry it's on me" Billie says with her phone out. 

We all tell her what we want, and she submits the order before we go inside. 

We find a table that will fit all six of us and sit down. When Billie gets the notification that our food is ready, Finneas walks up to the counter to get it. 

As we eat our food, we just make conversation. Kelsey and Claudia are talking about a new project Claudia is working on, Billie and Zoe are talking about something, and Finneas and I are talking. 

"Is there anything you've always wanted to do in Los Angeles? Or was it just music?" Finn asks me. 

"Nothing in particular. I've just always looked at Los Angeles as the place where my dreams will come true. I mean a lot of artists are from here" I say, and he nods. "I get that. You're right, a lot of artists ARE from here. But there are also a bunch from New York also. But I get what you mean. I'm so excited to release the song! Your name will be out there! But I'm warning you now, you may get a lot of attention. Online and in person. Are you ready for that?" 

I've seen what celebrities go through on a daily basis and it makes me sad knowing they have very little privacy. But for some reason I still want it more than anything. I want to release music and sing and help people with my music. I want it more than I can ever express.
