Smithy and Becca had known eachother since 2001. It was now 2008, and they both had feelings for each-other, they also had to learn to grieve over Smithy's best friend, who also happened to be Becca's brother.
But when Becca's brother comes back, a...

IT was a normal day like any. Becca had got up, brushed her hair and did her teeth as normal, got dressed and made her way into work, she waved over at Smithy, passed a smile to Callum and made her way to the changing rooms, slipping on her police uniform.
She found it odd that she was so cheery today, she never usually was, but today was different. Smithy and Becca were now sat in a briefing, Becca intently focused on what Gina was telling the group, it all seemed somewhat easy, and being paired with Callum wasn't that bad either.
The two were forced to go on warrant calls, which sounded pretty boring at first glance, but it meant Becca would see some good action, and get moving on her feet.
"Right, that's the last guy off the list." Becca grins as she places a man in the back of a police car. "We got anything else to do?" Becca asks as she leans on the car's hood, looking over at Callum.
"No, I don't think so." Callum answers back, tilting his head. "How are you so happy today?" he leans down and jumps into the car, throwing his hat onto the ground.
"I don't know." Becca shrugs, taking over her own hat and putting it on her lap. "I suppose I'm just happy about things in life" she admits, leaning her head onto the car window.
"Odd." Callum says before he turned the car into gear, driving away.

Becca had passed a small smile over to the receptionist as she walked over, leaning herself down on the counter as they began to talk about random things, the subject of Smithy being one of them. Becca giggled softly as the receptionist claimed that 'the two were a cute couple, and if they weren't dating, then it would have to be the stupidest thing she'd ever heard.' Becca soon let out an awkward laugh, knowing that she in fact wanted to be with Smithy, but she didn't want to ruin the relationship they already had.
"Excuse me, can i speak to an officer, please?" an Irish accent suddenly asked, interrupting the two of them.
Becca grinned softly before turning her attention over to the man who was stood in reception, his face clearly full of stress and worry. "Hi, how can I help you?" she asked in a soft tone, showing him a reassuring smile.
"I've lost my car, can you help me?" the Irish man blurted out, looking around the reception anxiously.
"Of course I can!" Becca nodded slowly, grabbing her notepad. "Can I just take some details from you?" she asked as she walked outside of reception, taking him towards the small interview room.
