EMMA and Becca giggled as they talked about Smithy, Emma trying to justify the fact she thought Smithy fancied the Miller woman. Becca shook her head, laughing as they walked in sync together down the roads that lead to the Jasmine Allen estate.
"I can see, the way he looks at you, somethings definitely going on." Emma states, a smirk splattered on her face. "Especially after the car accident, he's been super protective of you...just saying, if you two get married, I expect to be a bridesmaid."
"Shut up! He promised Bradley he'd look after me." Becca exclaimed, placing her hands in her pockets. "I suppose it's just his way of caring." The two were suddenly interrupted by a loud kaboom which seemed to echo throughout the streets of Sun Hill. "What the hell was that?" Becca turned to face the Keane woman, her eyes widened with fear.
The two began to run, clearly not having a care in the world about anything else. Both of them stared in utter shock as they realised what was happening. Becca made her way to a few injured people, being sure to keep them away, and assuring people they were here to help.
"Sierra Oscar from Sierra Oscar 345!" Becca called into her radio as she desperately paced around the area, trying to help as many people as they could. "I'm on Colshaw street with PC Keane, there's been an explosion!" she yelled. "You need to get all units down here!"
"345 from Sierra 30, I'll attend." Callum's voice states from the radio. "ETA two minutes. Over." he finally says before it goes silent.
Becca rushes towards a woman who's yelling out in pain, she starts to help her get up, and walks her towards a safer area, as she does with a few other people. She grabbed her radio, panting loudly. "Sierra Oscar 345, we need all units! she pleads as she stumbles between rubble. "I have multiple casualties on Colshaw street, repeat, I have multiple casualties on Colshaw street."
"This is Sierra Oscar 1, How many casualties?" Gina questioned, her voice showing clear concern. "345 this is Sierra Oscar 1, how many casualties?"
"I can't tell. Multiple." she stammered as she began to move rubble out of the way, checking for anyone underneath. She suddenly stops in her tracks as she notices a familiar blonde chunk of hair sticking out from underneath a stall.
"Bex?" Emma calls out, rushing over. "Bex, are you okay?!" she shook the girl before looking down, her eyes widening.
"No, no..." Becca began to plead, bending to her knees as she desperately tried to move bits of scrap out of the way. "Mum!" she screamed agonisingly, her arms aching as she dragged a large sheet of metal. She gasped once she saw her mother, a red liquid drooling down her head as her eyes stayed glued shut. "Mum, come on!" she felt a salty tear drop onto her mothers cheek as she began to cling onto her.
