CALLUM walked over to Becca, a look of utter shock on his face. Becca's eyebrows furrowed as she tried to understand what was wrong with him, but she simply couldn't. He slowly sat down next to her, taking a deep breath before placing his hat on the table.
"Callum, what's wrong?" she asked, turning her body to face him.
"I've got some news...about Bradley." Callum admitted, placing his hands down on the table. He looked down at his hands before glancing up. "News you might not like."
"Just spit it out." Becca sighed, rolling her eyes as she folded her arms over herself. "I'm done with everyone making suspense."
"Well...a few officers have been ordered to go down to Manchester, work with the GMP." Callum began, edging closer to her on his seat. "He's in the hospital, in a coma...they think Malcoms' gang have got to him."
Becca's eyes widened, she moved backwards slowly as covered her mouth, shaking her head over and over. She felt her tears begin to well up in her eyes, she looked over at Will, who had the exact same expression on his face that Callum had prior. She slowly got up and began to walk to CID in an attempt to find Mickey, who was sat doing his work.
"Tell me it isn't true." Becca pleaded, rushing to Mickey's side, who had a look of confusion spread across his face. "Tell me, it isn't true." she felt her bottom lip quiver as she tried to speak.
She froze as Mickey got up, sighing. "It's true." he stammered, looking down at his hands. "It's true, Bex."
Becca felt a lump in her throat as she tried to speak. She couldn't get her words out, she felt ill. All she wanted was Smithy to come up to her and tell her it was all okay, but she couldn't find him, and she felt scared.
Gina stumbled over, embracing the girl tightly. "Let's get you home, yeah?" she spoke in a soft tone, walking the girl out of the station.
The car ride was very quiet, Becca just stared out the window as Gina drove back to her house. Gina suddenly coughed loudly and turned over to the brunette. "We can take you down to Manchester, if you'd like?"
Becca shook her head slowly, a tear rolling down her cheek as her body stayed leant on the window. She snuggled loudly and wiped her tears with her cardigan sleeve. Gina took a deep breath as she finally stopped outside of Becca's flat, looking up at it softly.
"Here we are!" she spoke in a cheerful tone, unbuckling her belt and getting out of the car, opening the passenger door. "Becca, are you okay?" Gina questioned, looking at the Bond girl with a look of concern.
