Beyond the Lesson (TXS) (GXG)

Complicated

We're currently in Verenas class working on a thesis for a paper she wants us to write. One reason why I hate English, papers. She's been avoiding looking at me the entire time it's only worrying me and making me anxious. I know we're gonna talk about her ex again and I know it's freaking her out. "Ms. Romano, can you help me out?" One of the football players, Toni, asks her. She stands up in her brown, pencil skirt, black button up and black heels. Her hair was up in a tight bun during lunch but she's taken it down and has been running her hand through it all class.

She walks over to him and leans over his shoulder to see what he needs help with. My jaw clenches and I feel my body growing hotter by the second as I see Christian taking his phone out to record her ass. "Yo you good?" Lucas asks I stand up and walk over.

I grab his phone and slam it to the wall. "Yo what the fuck Talia?!" He stands up and we're face to face until I shove him back.

"Do it again and I'll stick it up your ass." I spit out.

He pushes me back so I land on someone else's desk but when I lift off I punch him in his face and he falls to the floor holding his mouth where blood is coming out of it. "OOH!" The class exclaims.

I feel hands grabbing me back by my hoodie and pulling me out of the class. "Talia what the hell?!" Verena whisper yells as we stand in the hall way.

I tilt my head at her with furrowed brows. "What did I do wrong?! He was the one who had his fucking buddies set up fake help so he could get videos of your ass Verena!" I yell and she covers my mouth.

"Ok ok. I get it but you can't use my name like that Talia you know that." I sigh in her hand and nod. She releases it. "Now I have to send you to the principal for fighting." I look in her eyes confused and somewhat hurt. "I know. But it's either that or the whole school finds out there was a fight and I get in trouble for not reporting it. Just give me a second." She says and I nod and she goes back in the class. I groan and hit the the locker feeling like a fucking idiot. Why'd I get so mad? I've never been violent. I'm just pissed off that this bitch is ruining everything and I haven't been able to do anything but come back with more bruises than the day before.

"Hi there, Ms. Kingston." I look up to see Mr. Martin. Can he fuck off already?! Verena comes back out with Christian.

"Ah thanks for coming Justin." He smiles at her and I tilt my head staring hit daggers at the side of his face. "They already know what they need to be working on so they won't cause problems." She says to him and he nods and walks into the class. "Alright you two with me." She says and we follow her to the principals office. "Is Karson in?" She asks Ms. Daniel's and she nods and we walk to the office. Knock knock.

"Come in!" We hear his voice and she opens the door. "Ms. Romano what a surprise, what can I do for you?" She sighs and grabs us both by the shirts pulling us infront of her for him to see us. I look at him in his eyes and he looks even more conflicted than this morning. "Come sit down you two." He says and we sit down with Verena standing by the door. "So what happened?"

"This bitch is crazy, that's what! She punched me in the face for no reason!" Christian says and I just clench my jaw not wanting to show any more unusual behavior. It's not his fault he's an idiot.

"Is that so? Ms. Kingston." I look up at the principal. "What happened?"

I look at Verena and she nods. "I caught him taking a video of Ms. Romanos ass while she was helping another student. And instead of just calling me him out for it, I slammed his phone, pushed him and then punched him in the face." I say calmly and he nods.

"Is that true Ms. Romano?" He asks her as if in disbelief and she nods.

"Yes it is Sir. Some students can even vouch for Ms. Kingston here for they saw the whole thing." She says and I look at her and she winks. I look back at Mr. Karson.
