Chapter 11
Months passed quickly, and soon Ananya would complete her master’s degree. Her days were filled with research and thesis writing, making her schedule busy. She rarely visited the café anymore, as her studies took up most of her attention.
Pranav, after graduating, had started working as a junior advocate. He had originally taken the café job because he was bored, but now he was busy handling legal cases and meeting clients. His life had become as hectic as Ananya’s.
Their meetings became rare. Sometimes they wouldn’t see each other for a month, and when they did, it was only for a brief moment. Their conversations, once so regular, had become sparse. When one of them was free, the other was busy. They exchanged messages but often had to wait hours or even days for a reply.
Almost a year had passed since they had first connected. Although both were busy, they couldn’t help but think about each other. They missed the conversations they used to have and the time spent together, but neither could find the right time to reconnect.
Though both had planned to visit many times at the last minute they would be busy so they had to cancel their visit.
