I woke up in someone else's bed. The smell of freshly made coffee and a mix of candles and brown sugar was in the air. I buried myself deeper into the sheets, since I had a terrible headache and I didn't want to get up. I knew exactly that it wasn't my room and not my bed but I didn't care in that moment. With closed eyes I inhaled the smell of the sheets. It smelled familiar, like a kind of a perfume I had smelled before. That was when I realized in whose sheets I was cuddling myself in. A knock pulled me out of my thoughts. I turned around and spotted Marko leaning against the door frame. His arms were crossed and a soft smirk laid on his lips. His hair was messy and his t-shirt didn't even cover his whole stomach. It looked like he just threw it on fast. I couldn't keep my eyes off his biceps and I felt the blood rushing to my cheeks. A low chuckle made me look up to his eyes again. I cleared my throat awkwardly and decided to ask him about yesterday to give that weird silence an end. "Tell me, why does it always happen that when I get drunk, I wake up in your bed the next day?" Marko pushed himself off the door frame with a snarl and walked towards me. He sat down beside me and ran a hand through his hair. "Tell me, Celestia, why does it always happen that you even get drunk?", he countered and raised his right eyebrow amused. I groaned and let myself fall back into the sheets. "You scared me yesterday", he suddenly said with a whispery voice and a serious undertone. I sighed because I remembered just half of the happenings from the day before. "Can you explain to me what happened?" Now it was his turn to sigh. "Remember the multiple Tequilla's you drank? Well, they kind of blurred your mind. I wasn't there but when Angelina came back to the hotel without you in sight, I panicked. I asked her where you were at, but she said she didn't know, since she was really drunk, too. I went to the bar but you were nowhere. The barkeeper said you went to the toilette but when you left, the others did, too. Only that they went back to the hotel and left you there alone. You were pretty confused and started searching for them. I'm sure you got lost but fortunately I found you. You thought I was a creep or something and started running. When you realized it was me you kind of fainted in my arms after I hugged you. I brought you to my room and yeah...that was it actually." My eyes were wide. That was a lot of information at once. "They...left me alone?", I asked quietly. It hurt me. The thought that Angelina and Joost just left without telling me and didn't even help Marko to search for me really hurt me. Marko laid his hand on my leg and kneaded it gently with a soft smile on his lips. "Don't forget that they were drunk, too. They didn't know what they were doing and I already visited Angelina in the morning. She felt very sorry. She immediately wanted to talk to you but I said you were still asleep", he explained and it made me feel better right away. His gentle touch gave me a goosebump. I sat up again and pulled the sheets completely aside. I was still wearing the short dress from the day before and my bare skin was exposed to him. It had slid up to my stomach, so the only thing that covered my under area was my minimalistic underwear. I noticed Marko swallow and struggling to get his eyes off my skin. He managed to turn his head away and focus on an invisible dot on the wall. Slowly I reached forward and trailed my fingers over his jawline. Marko's lips parted when I made him look at me again. My fingers were still circulating over his skin when he got closer and closer. His eyes were half open and focused on my lips. I craved for his touch so badly, the sensation becoming stronger. "Marko." His eyes snapped up to mine. I loved when he did that, when he gave me his whole attention. "I want you." He didn't wait for another word crossing my mouth before he slammed his lips against mine. His hand buried in my hair and his eyes closed, I moved against him. Marko pushed me gently back into the bed without letting go of my lips. The sound of them, wet and longingly, made me want him even more. I could have never imagined before what real desire felt like. What real craving for touch and affection meant. But in that moment, I knew it exactly. He pulled the dress all the way up over my head and took in, the sight of my bare skin. Marko gently trailed wet kisses along my jawline, down to my neck and my collarbone. I moaned under the pleasure which made him grin. "Your voice is beautiful when you sing, but for me, it sounds better when you use it this way", he breathed against my skin. The hot breeze made me shiver. Before he was able to remove his shirt, we heard a knock. Marko growled quietly out of anger. "Seriously?!", he breathed and looked at me again. I gave him a soft smile and nodded towards the door. Marko sighed and stood up. His warmth he had spread before faded away. I felt cold without him. I decided to put my dress back on, since the moment was already gone and I was sure we were not able to continue what we were doing before. I became very sure of that when I realized it was his manager's voice that shouted through the apartment. I didn't quiet understand what that conversation was about because Marko had closed the door before he went into the living room. Due to the volume she was speaking in, I knew that she was in a bad mood. I decided to stay in the bedroom because something inside of me told me that I was the reason for her anger. After a while I heard a second person talking to Marko. It didn't take me very long to identify whose voice that was. Rosanne. "Marko, I know she's been with you last night, so tell me: Is she here? You know exactly you have to be careful. So it is whether her or the Eurovision Song Contest." I leant against the door and eavesdropped their conversation. I felt sick and uncomfortable when I heard Rosanne face him with that decision. Did we really have to choose?! I narrowed my eyebrows in anger and decided to do the most selfish move I had ever done. With momentum I briefly opened the door and stepped into the living room where the three of them were at. All eyes went wide, even Marko looked shocked. My heart was racing and I hated myself for being so selfish but I couldn't stand it anymore. "I choose both", I announced with a confident voice. Quickly I turned to face Marko. "Let's make it official!"
