Four country artists children have all grown up together due to their parents career, watch as they grow up in Nashville Tennessee and face the challenges and difficulties of childhood.
Ellie's pov I took in the amazing view of the stadium and couldn't wait for Lainey to see the dresses I picked for the after snow party.
I got her a bandanna type orange dress with white cowboy boots and a brownish dress, white boots, and a white straw hat for me.
I led her through to the merch tent so she could pick out a hoodie since hers got ripped by yours truly. "Hey josh! Can we get a hoodie for Lainey?" I ask, he nodded handing me the hoodie.
"Thanks josh! I'll make sure dad pays you well since your a top notch worker!" I tease as I walk back to her. "Thanks! I love it!" She says, I smile.
"This is where my lovely father will be singing his heart out tonight" I tease walking across the stage, my voice echoed through the empty stadium.
Lainey laughed and joined me seeing who could get the most echo. "We're such kids" I mention as we lay on the stage. "I know right" she says.
Indies pov I admire Lainey's goofy behavior, occasionally chuckling at her actions. I hated to admit it but I liked her a lot, I would never say that to Ellie though.
"Echo!" She shouted laughing at the sounds the stadium made. I caught myself smiling at her. It would be weird for us to date especially since I'm a senior and she's a freshman.
"It's gonna start filling up soon, we better get backstage" I explain. Lainey tried hopping off stage but couldn't due to the height of it being half of her.
I reached for my sisters hand and helped her down and hesitated reaching for Lainey's. "You need help?" I ask, she nodded with an embarrassed expression.
"That would be nice" she joked. I reached for her hand and she fell witch made me grab her waist out of instinct. Her hands grabbed me but quickly dropped after her feet hit the ground.
A fire ignited in my cheeks hoping I didn't ruin everything. She started to laugh and apologized to witch I assured her it was fine.
"We should hurry up and get popcorn before everyone gets here" Ellie suggests, I agree and walk behind the pair. I had the card and of course Ellie tried blowing it up.
Lainey walked behind us until I spotted dad. "Oo popcorn" he said grabbing a handful of Ellie's. "You keepin them straight?" Dad asked Lainey.
"They're keeping me straight" she laughed.
Morgan's pov I took the kids backstage and set up seats for them. Once I got on stage the crowd erupted in cheers. I started off with Ain't that some and occasionally stared backstage to see Ellie.
"Just so y'all know I warned my daughter not to cuss for these songs, but I'm not sure she'll listen" I explain. The crowd laughs.
After I finish my set I run off and catch my breath.
Ellie's pov I sit in the hotel bathroom blasting music as me and Lainey get ready. "Last curl" I mention, sighing as I finish my hair.
After we finished getting ready I had to take some pictures since we looked so cute.

I laughed at my caption and walked with Lainey to the after party. I knew it would be fun after the fun we had at the show.
At the end of the night we were so hyped up from the music and all the dr peppers we could hardly sleep. Lainey, me, And Indie all had a room with me and Lainey in one bed, and Indie in the other.
"I miss my bed" I mention. Indie lays in his bed laughing at me. "Do you always complain?" He asks. I roll my eyes and turn towards Lainey.
"What should we do tomorrow? We've got the whole day here with nothing to do" I ask. "Gamblings always fun" Indie teased. "You are 17, that's illegal" I argue.
Lainey dozed off next to me without realizing so I turned out the light and followed behind her.
Indies pov Im back in Nashville and I'm playing my biggest game of this season. It also happens to be Ellie and Lainey's game today too.
After finishing my game with a win I drove over to their field. I was forced to come but I was glad I was gonna see Lainey. I sat next to Ryman and talked for awhile before turning my attention to the game.
I looked outfield towards Lainey and shamelessly admired her butt in her softball pants. "Who you staring at?" Ryman asks.
"Lainey Hardy? You like her?" He asks. "Yeah, but it would never work since I'm a senior and she's a sophomore" I reply. "That's only two years, once y'all graduate it'd never make a difference" he mentions.
"Maybe you should ask her out, kiss her a couple times" He says way louder than id like. "Shut up! Her parents are sitting right there!" I exclaim.
"But for real, I think you should" he explains.
After the game I walked over and congratulated Ellie before turning my attention to Lainey. "Hey Lainey" I mumbled. "Hey" she mumbled back, packing her softball bag.
"Great game, your catch's were great" I say. "Thanks Indie" she replied. She had been avoiding me since my slip up in Las Vegas but I was persistent.
"Cya around" I say, she waved as I walked off. "So? Did you land a date?" Ryman asks. "Nah, I didn't ask" I reply. "Your kidding me, you gotta gain some confidence buddy" He teased walking towards his truck.
I felt like turning around and asking her but I couldn't bring myself too.
Ellie's pov I'm eating my supper and Indie has been quiet the whole time witch is unusual since he talks a lot, I stare across the table at him in curiosity as I eat my food.
"Why so quiet Indie?" Dad asks. "Just had an uneventful day Y'know" he replies.
I knew him well enough to know that was not true. "You literally won your championship game today Indie" I add.
"I know, I'm just tired I guess" he says.
Dad looks at me with a confused expression hoping I knew something. I shrug and continue eating.
After supper I'm sitting at my vanity listening to music while I comb my hair and indie stands in my doorframe. "Yes?" I ask.
"I need someone to talk too" he explains. I agree and tell him to shut the door. "Why would you wanna talk to me?" I ask. "Because I trust you, hopefully" he replies.
I sat and listened carefully. "Listen, Lainey, she Uhm" he stutters. "She's cute? Funny? Likes you? What?" I ask. "Maybe all of the above, but that's besides the point" he blurts.
My eyes widen. "Besides the point? Indie she's a freshman!" I exclaim. "Yeah I'm getting to that point, and can you keep it down? I don't want dad hearing any of this" he snapped, I stayed quiet listening to him.
After Indie explained the situation I took a second to take it all in. "Wow, Indie that's uhm, that's.. A lot." I say. "Yeah I know, but I need you to keep your mouth shut, around mom and dad, and her Parents" he mentioned.
I think for a second with what looked like I'll intent on my face. "I'm trusting you Ell.." he blurted. "Okay, I won't say anything" I assure.
