Blood.

Two missing fingers.

Orange light.

Stan.

Lila and Diego.

Stellar snaps back to reality when Five nudges her from beside her with a raised eyebrow. Stellar glances around, disoriented from the vision.

"What happened?" He asks rather harshly. Stellar ignores him with a panicked look in her eyes.

"Lila. Diego." She breathes. Stellar begins to run towards the place she saw in her vision. Five calls out to her, but Stellar doesn't even spare him a glance, running towards the elevator and rapidly pressing the button. The bell dings just as Five catches up to her.

"What?" He demands.

"Stan." Stellar answers vaguely, quickly striding into the elevator and pressing a button.

"What?" Five says again, but Stellar ignores him again, looking around frantically. Five huffs, annoyed and plans to question her later.

The elevator arrives with a ding and Stellar sprints down the hallways, Five following behind, until she reaches a room suite.

"Lila." She exclaims, and runs over to her sister. Lila turns around and looks at Stellar with relief. The two share a quick hug before Stellar pulls away.

"Where's Diego?"

---

Lila and Diego both explain about the place on the other side of the painting in the room and the samurai who cut off two of Diego's fingers while Stellar carefully cleans the wound and changes the already soaked bandages. After she finishes, she speaks up quietly, noticing both Five and Lila watching them.

(i wonder why T-T)

"Stan?" She questions softly. Five raises his eyebrows. Lila and Diego exchange glances, having a silent argument before they both stand up. Five walks over to the wall that they told them they went through before and inspects it as the couple bicker.

"He's gone! We need to face it!" Lila yells to Diego.

"Check the chimney!" Diego suggests, looking under the mattress. Stellar sighs and pinches the bridge of her nose, not having moved from her spot on the couch.

"He's not in the bloody chimney!" Lila protests. "He's been kugelblitzed!"

"Yeah, well, whose fault is that, huh?" Diego argues, stomping over to Lila. "You're the one who brought him here!"

Stellar furrows her eyebrows at him.

"I think you're slightly unaware of how children are made." She comments. Diego glares at her and Lila looks at her sheepishly. She must have told him that Stan isn't actually theirs. Stellar draws out a casual murmur of realisation and shrugs at Diego.

"Congratulations." Five interrupts. "You're both mildly terrible parents."

Stellar snorts and both Diego and Lila frown at her. She raises her hands in mock surrender.

"Can we focus?" Five continues. "Come on. How did this thing open before?"

"I don't know, it was already kinda open." Diego responds, walking around in a haste.

"Already kinda open." Five echoes. "You know, Diego, you should have been an engineer. It's a lost opportunity."

"Why do you wanna go in there anyway?" Lila asks. "It's just sushi and death."
