After basketball practice, Wyatt took a shower in the locker room and changed back into his black sweats. He did it quickly so that he could hurry back to his brand new girlfriend Frankie.

She was waiting for him in the gymnasium and was anxious to see him as well. After asking her to be his girlfriend, Wyatt was immediately called to practice and the two couldn't exactly celebrate their new relationship.

When he got back to the gym, Wyatt smiled to himself as he took in the sight of Frankie standing there waiting for him. He'd never had a girlfriend to wait for him to get out of practice. He didn't know it would warm his heart so much.

Perhaps it was just because it was Frankie.

"Hey," he called to her. "You ready to go?"

He made Nolan catch a ride with one of their other teammates. Wyatt didn't want having to take Nolan home to encroach on their time together. He had a plan for after practice and he wanted to take Frankie somewhere.

Frankie walked up to Wyatt and smiled. When he reached out and took her hand, all she could think about was how perfect he was. The couple headed out to Wyatt's car and chatted along the way.

"You did a really good job at practice today," she said, not knowing if that's what you say to people when they finish sports practices.

"Thanks," Wyatt smiled proudly. "Coach says I'll be in the starting five for our first game. Are you gonna come?"

Frankie shrugged.

"If you want me to."

Wyatt chuckled and swung her hand in his playfully.

"Of course I want you to," he admitted. "Although..."

He scanned Frankie over and she gave him a curious look.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"Francesca, be honest with me. These clothes... do you really like them?"

Frankie looked over her outfit. She had on a pair of skin tight black leggings and one of Maddie's sweaters that was not practical or weather appropriate.

"I mean... they're not really my style but I can't go get my old clothes. My father would never let me back in the house..."

Wyatt frowned sensing the sadness in Frankie's voice when she mentioned her father. As much as he hated the guy, she still seemed to have some love for him left in her heart.

"Well, if you're going to be my girlfriend now, you need to look the part," he shrugged.

"How do I look the part?" She asked.

"You need to look like you again..."

Wyatt thought back on Frankie's old outfits. Her long dresses and skirts, her modest blouses and the cardigans she seemed to love so much. As much as he had wanted her to wear more modern clothing, he missed the way she used to be comfortable in her own skin.

"Why don't I take you to the mall and we can go shopping," He suggested.

Frankie looked away sheepishly and frowned.

"Wyatt, I don't have any money..." she said quietly.

"Well then it's a good thing you have a boyfriend," he beamed at her. "Boyfriends are supposed to buy their girlfriend's things."

Frankie's eyes lit up at the idea of Wyatt buying her clothes so that she didn't have to wear Maddie's anymore. As much as she loved Maddie, she didn't want to have to keep taking her wardrobe advice.
