My POV: It was Christmas and we decided to have a party with the whole gang.
( Puts the decorations up)
Chris: Babe you look so good this morning. ( hugs me and kisses my cheek)
Me: Thanks baby so do you, do you know when everyone will be here? I still gotta cook dinner.
Chris: ( makes the eggnog) I know Olivia and Zayn will be here around six thirty but I don't know if Dominic will be here or not.
Me: In my defense I really don't want him here, it's gonna cause too much drama.
Chris: Baby I know we all had our beef with him but I'm squashing it, all I care about is the holiday and our baby.
Me: I know, I just think it would be better if he didn't show up this year.
Chris: He's still family Shaynay.
Me: ( put the angel on the tree) Fine he can come but the minute he starts drama I want him to leave, deal?
Chris: ( helped me down from the ladder and gripped my ass) Deal. ( took the mistletoe and hung it over us) Look what it is.
( I gave him multiple kisses and giggled)
Me: You so goofy. ( wrapped my arms around him smiling)
Chris: I know. ( kissed my nose) Merry Christmas baby.
Me: Merry Christmas my love.
( After we finished decorating I went upstairs and threw on my Christmas pjs and my slippers then I put my hair into a messy ponytail and ran downstairs to start making dinner and the snacks)
Me: ( walked in the kitchen and put my apron on) Babe can you please make sure that the guest rooms are clean just in case Olivia and Zayn need to stay the night?
Chris: I already took care of that last night. Today is gonna be stress free I gotchu. ( tied my apron and kissed my shoulders) Everything will be perfect.
Me: You right, I gotta trust you on this.
6:30 hits
( I set the table and heard the doorbell ring and Bruno started barking)
Me: Bruno cage! ( turned the stove off and walked to the door and hugged Olivia and Zayn) Hey guys, wait a minute where my nephew at?
Olivia: ( hugs me back) He's with my mom spending time with her, plus I knew there was gonna be eggnog tonight and I didn't want him to be around drinking and everything.
Me: Makes sense, ( grabs his gift and gave it to Zayn) Can you make sure he gets his gift from his auntie and uncle?
Zayn: ( takes it and smiles) Yeah of course I gotchu, I'll go put it in the car. ( walks outside and put the gift in the backseat and then he grabbed the gifts for me and Chris) We got you guys gifts too.
Chris: ( daps him up and smiled) Thanks bro we appreciate it. ( took the gifts and put them under the tree) Y'all's are under the tree with your names on them too. Oh Zayn is Dominic coming tonight or nah?
Zayn: He said he was but I haven't heard from him since this morning so I don't know.
A few minutes go by and then we hear the doorbell ring....
Me: Speak of the devil, here he is now. ( sits down on Chris's lap and drinks my water)
